Played the back tees to allow for more drivers off the tee box. Par 3's long. Greens in great shape. Note that the clubhouse did NOT have my booked GolfNow confirmed booking. Thankfully no one else booked at the same tee time so we could stay with it.

Had a great day. 2 over through first 8 holes. Then got behind slow players unwilling to let my group play through. Slowed down so much we cooled off and had a horrible round there on out. As for course, about as it always is. Not great condition but always better than good.

First time playing here. Great course with fun layout. Excellent value. They were redoing the fairways on a few holes but it didn’t become too much of an issue. Looking forward to playing it when they’re done!

I showed up to play and was charged full price only to meet up with the starter who said 4 fairways are unplayable due to repair. They are “sprigging” these fairways, completely replacing the grass so they are just down to mud. Shame on the pro shop, for charging full price, and shame on the course. Do not play.

Course was in great condition before work on plugging a number of fairways and closing them. Smell of raw sewage especially hole 8. Staff does not practice hospitality. Never welcoming, always scolding and threatening. They are in the hospitality business and should practice it.

I have played this course many times in the last 20 years, and there have always been an issue or two every time. Usually, we can get through whatever the issue is, but not this time. They had 4-5 holes that they were sprigging the fairways on. That in itself wasn't really the issue, though it wasn't ideal. The issue was that nothing was said about this when the tee time was being reserved. Not only was this not mentioned, but we were still charged full weekend price! That's just not good business.

Several Fairways were being worked on. There was a sign in the pro shop. That doesn’t help when you book on golf now and drive 20 miles.

Great weather and course conditions. Awesome day with my son on the course. We even added a single, and much better golfer, to our group who was playing behind us. Not an easy course. They have done a great job maintaining the course. No troubles loosing balls just off the fairway, as this has been a problem in the past.

I was very happy with the condition of the course. Nice lay out some challenging holes.

This course is in the best condition I’ve seen it years. And it was fine before. Links course, lots of water, tight fairways. Fun times.

Broadmoor is in the best shape I've seen in quite some time. The fairways were full and great lies everywhere. The greens were pretty quick and rolled nicely. I wasn't in any bunkers but they looked okay. And scoring a Hot Deal makes it a great value!

My only negative is the range balls are old and need replacing. A small basket costs $8.00 and you only get about 20-25 balls.

Water on 15/18 holes and in play on all of them, true test of course management and the conditions were excellent. First tee time out on a Friday morning took us 3 hours and 20 mins what more could you ask for

Golf course was in much better shape ,the greens were rolling very nicely. not sure that I would pay $70 to play there but got a good price on GolfNow.

Price has gone up but the condition of the course has gotten much better. New management is doing a great job
