Aberdeen Country Club - Highlands/Meadows

I played in Mid June. The round was $80 which is fine for Myrtle this time of year. Fairways were good. Tee boxes were good. Greens were decent. The bunkers though were terrible. It was hitting out of straight mud. I don’t mind paying $80 but I don’t expect to be hitting out of straight mud in the bunkers. The staff was great and friendly

Played this course as a last minute round with my brother as this was our first time playing in the MB area. The staff was friendly and the course conditions were very nice. I would definitely recommend checking this place out

The course was in good shape. Greens rolled nice by were on the slow side. Fairways were very nice to hit out of. A couple of the tee boxes were sparse with grass but more than acceptable. The Staff were very friendly I was early for my tee time and they were able to pair we with a member and get me out early which I appreciated.

Aberdeen was in excellent conditions. Fairways were green and in great condition. Greens were quick but held. The rain the night before really greened up the course. Some of the team boxes were firm and some with not a lot of grass. Went through a lot of tees. Even snapped a plastic tee. Wish I could have hit it and scored better. One of my favorite courses in longs and northern area.

The Fairways and greens were in excellent condition. The tee boxes were a little beat up but not bad at all.. The course is challenging but not so much that it takes the fun out of it. Thoroughly enjoyed playing the course and will definitely be back. Note, the course originally had 3 nine hole courses but have recently closed one.

Over all it was good experience. Starter staff was less than cheerful. However, the pro-shop staff Was kind and courteous. Range was in quality shape with ball striking of natural grass. Definitely a plus. The course was in good shape for lack of water in recents weeks. Several greens held Po-Annua so make sure to wash your cleats after play. I would recommend the course to others for value.

We played it twice this visit and we really enjoyed the course and the overall community surrounding the course.

The golf course was in great shape! Pace of play was fantastic at 4hrs. Staff was very friendl.

Staff was rude about everything, pace of play was the awful waited every shot while there’s 8 people on the green.

Overall, a very enjoyable round. While the course conditions are not perfect, they are in good shape for the transition time of the year. My only "complaint" is the greens, while in good shape, are a bit slow for may preference.

Course is now 18 holes and not 3 nines. It was better than I expected as I have heard it can get waterlogged. But no worries on that. Greens and fairways were very good and the layout was interesting all the way round. But it was very busy so it was slow. But we were a 2-ball so to be expected.

All in all, recommended.
