About
A solid course design and immaculate course conditions make Wekiva a favored golf destination. Crafted out of a wooded setting, it features many doglegs bordered by large stands of trees and no parallel fairways. Most holes are well bunkered with water coming into play on three holes.
A semi-private club that welcomes outside play, this 18-hole, 6,801 yard par 72 course has mature oaks, pines and palms; equitable undulating fairways; strategic bunkers and gentle mounding that highlights both the fairway and greens.
Wekiva, only 4 miles from I-4's exit 48, is a golf club in the truest sense.

Golfer Reviews
Good course for the money.
We were only able to play 9 holes due to the heat. The heat index was over 105. To drained to play the back 9. Course was good and a good time except for the heat.
Thieves
A BUNCH OF THIEVES.
I am absolutely DONE with this place. I’ve now had a wedge AND TWO RANGEFINDERS disappear after leaving them at this course. I’ve accidentally left clubs and equipment at plenty of other golf courses, and somehow they manage to put the items in lost and found and return them to their owners. But here? Apparently anything you leave behind just magically vanishes.
At this point, after THREE separate items have gone missing, I have a very hard time believing this is just bad luck. Whoever is responsible for the cart barn/lost-and-found operation seriously needs to be looked into, because something is clearly not right. Golf equipment is NOT cheap. A rangefinder can cost hundreds of dollars, and people shouldn’t have to worry that forgetting something in a cart means they’ll never see it again.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the course itself is FINALLY starting to look like a decent golf course. I was actually happy with the direction the place was going, and then this happens AGAIN.
I will give credit where it’s due: the customer service staff and managers I’ve dealt with are usually great and have a good attitude. My issue is with whatever is happening between the carts, cart barn, and lost and found. Either nobody has a clue what is going on back there, there is absolutely ZERO accountability, or someone is walking away with customers’ property. None of those possibilities are acceptable.
Once is an accident. Twice makes you suspicious. THREE TIMES is absolutely ridiculous.
If you golf here, KEEP TRACK OF EVERY SINGLE THING YOU OWN before you leave the property. Based on my experience, if you forget something, you should not expect to ever see it again.
Extremely disappointing, unacceptable, and concerning. Management seriously needs to figure out what is happening with lost items at this course.
Great greens course conditions A+
Uber friendly staff and grounds keepers who maintain the highest most consistent conditions from well manicured tee boxes to aprons. Lies from fairways and near the greens were easy to predict, all while the greens rolled fast and true. Easily the most enjoyable and most value of any round this year.
Will return soon with family and friends
Pace of play
The course conditions where fine for central Florida this time of year. courses can get a bit dry without ran. My biggest grip was the pace of play, we encountered 2 groups of 6 players which are not allowed on most courses. These where locals that apparently control the pace of play there. If you don't mind a 4 to 4 1/2 hr round of golf I would say go for it. But in my opinion no one should play in 4hrs on a Monday afternoon. also why didn't these 2 groups of 6 not split up in 3 foursomes, where was the ranger.
Hidden Gem
I played this course on a lark cause I like to play different courses. It was in perfect condition. I made a great choice. I used a hot deal thru Tee Off and played for $31. Greens are a challenge. I’ll go back soon.
Great course, great value
Wekiva is one of my favorite courses in the area. Conditions are always great. Love the layout. The greens are usually in great shape. Highly recommend and you can't beat the value.
Great conditions ruined by slow play ahead of us
5 and 6 players in a group in front of you on a Saturday. That will kill a golf course. You need a ranger and you need to educate your members.
Great conditions
What a difference the ownership and investments Seminole County has made, especially the new irrigation system, the grounds crew, and the periodic fertilization. This course is really nice now. It rivals the 80s when it was privately owned and meticulously maintained.
