Greens are in great condition, still.

Some of them are challenging with waviness or slopes. You will get tested at this course.

Tee boxes are good, but not great condition.

Course itself has good regions mostly, but alot of bare spots. This course has inherent great layout and good design. Just needs investment to bring it up to par.

The greens are in excellent shape and comparable to the elite expensive valley courses. The fairways need overseeing soon.

The greens are incredible, yet very fast, wow, with lots of undulations and quite tricky.

If you overshoot just about any pitch approach, you are in sand across the green.

In fact sand traps are well designed to catch most common misses on approach.

Tee boxes ok, decent shape.

Rest of course is sort of rough, but playable.

I found the course hard, but I am stuck in intermediate stage.

The $18 included a golf cart with NO speed limiter, fastest cart ever!

For $18 this is a huge value.

Went to just got get a quick round in on a Sunday. The greens might be the best greens I’ve played on in the valley all year. Insane work. T-boxes are also in great condition. The fairways are in roughy condition, and the bunkers are concrete. But great spot for cheap t-time, short game work, and newer to golf experience.

Course is rough, lots of dirt and mud - it’s okay for practicing your iron game and new golfers. Had a bad experience at this course because someone wanted to fight us when all we asked was to yell fore when their group hit into us. Just absolutely ridiculous.

Good course to practice your short game. Will definately keep playing here. Greens and T boxes were in great condition. Fairway is coming along. High grass in some areas and then patchy in others. Very expected in the Arizona Heat. Overall good course.

17 of the 18 greens are the best in the valley. Lush, green, soft and well cared for. Tee boxes are filling in nicely but fairways on some of the holes are just weeds. Course is in much better shape than 6 months ago and trees are being planted. A good place to sharpen your short game and/or take a new golfer. Buy a pizza at Zeke's on Warner near 48th st and have fun on the course!

The greens are the best in the valley!. Tee boxes nave been redone and are very nice. Sand traps have been redone with what looks to be fine beach sand. Fairways still have some bare spots but over-seeding will take care of that in a few weeks. More trees have been planted but they are still small. Course is moving in the right direction. New clubhouse construction to start soon. Until then buy a pizza at Zekes Pizza nearby and bring it to the course. Can't beat the $14 greens fee. Have fun!

The fairways are obviously a work in progress, aeration going on. However the greens were beautiful. Can’t wait to play again after summer. I hope that additional work will be done on all the fringe areas off the fairways to make this a really great ececutive course. I wonder what the plan is for the “clubhouse” and parking lot.
