Always enjoy the Raven. A little spending during peak season. Friendly, helpful staff. Great practice facility.

Starter was fun and a great guy but made us feel rushed. Wish we would’ve known then what we know now. Beautiful course though.

I went into this round with high hopes because I'd heard the course is pretty good, except there were a few issues. First and most irritating was the pace of play - not too slow, but forced to play too fast! The starter tells you that you should play in a 4 hours, and that's too fast. Not because I play slow, but because of the distance you're having to walk from your parked cart to the green, etc. Unless you're just out for a day of whack around golf, that's too fast. The other was some of the pin placements were truely difficult, and see point one - if you are expecting a 4 hour round, and then putting pins in really difficult spots, those two don't align. Also I thought the course conditions could have been a bit better. And getting food at the turn took much longer than expected.

Golf at Raven was very enjoyable. Had a great time, weather was a little hot to start but a little breeze helped. Course was in great condition, traps were very deep but could use a little more sand. It's a nice blend of desert and very green grass.

Was very wet, mud on ball the whole day. Fairways were showed high usage, many unfilled divots.

One of the best 5 courses I have ever played. The course was amazing. Greens could have been just a little better but I think they will get better. This will be the first course we book next time we come south!!

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because of the price. $300 is a bit much for this course. Otherwise solid track. It’s not we ko pa but a nice alternative

First let me say that I am an Arizona native and I understand that the cost of golf goes to extreme amounts this time of year. However, I played the Raven yesterday and was greeted with a $282 greens fee. I was so taken back I asked the Pro to repeat himself. Since I was playing with a group of 8 I didn’t walk away, I paid the fee and thought that the course would be in fantastic shape. Well let me tell you that I was extremely disappointed. Divots filled the fairways (couldn’t avoid them on any hole), and the ball marks on the green were so many that you didn’t know which one was yours, impossible to fix them all on your path or through line, just aweful. We play every week at a different course and the course we have played are in wonderful condition and the cost to play is half or better. The fact is Ken McDonald, Dobson Ranch and even rolling hills are in better condition. I have played the Raven 30 times in my years and this was the most disappointing round I have ever played anywhere. How can the even consider charging nearly $300 for a round of golf. GOLFERS BEWARE, STAY AWAY AND NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The course was in excellent condition.

Arrived a few mins late but they worked with me so I was thankful for that although it still took 10 mins to get me a cart & hit the first tee box. Standing waiting for service with clubs for 10 mins. Then finally someone comes around & tries to give me a "your late" attitude. Rude. Then they gave me a soaking wet cart they just hosed down all over, with the prev players score still loaded on the screen. Pace of play was absolutely terrible, zero rangers anywhere to keep everyone on pace. At one point we had 2 separate groups waiting to tee off while 1 group was in the fairway & another separate group was still on the green. It was mind blowing to see this happening at such a course. I didn't even get to finish the 18 before it got too dark at about 545. It took almost 3 hrs to play 11 holes. What a joke.

Had a nice lunch and enjoyed the course. Played in under 4 hours!

Amazing value overall. Course is in incredible condition and facilities are awesome. Included range balls with tee time is great too

Raven is a really nice course, nice layout and very playable for all skill levels. We unfortunately got behind a 6-some, there were 6 guys in two groups that decided at 10 to become one 6 ball. It took them about 45 minutes to play the 10th hole (pace wasn’t great to begin with at 2:15 to 9 holes). We drove up to 10 and there were 3

Groups on the tee, one in the fairway and one on the green. It took the course about 3 holes to I think finally get them to break up and it then filtered out a bit but it was still a long day (5:15) in the sun. Fairways were pristine, greens were shaggy but I’m guessing that was from overseed. Staff friendly in the pro shop, the cleaner guys at the end were sort of jerks when they realized we didn’t want to tip like $40 to clean our clubs. All in all it was a nice course, would have been nice for the course to be a little better Marshall’s and get everyone moving along a little
