Basically perfect. Great pace of play, and monitored for a change. Refreshing that they were only charging normal winter rates, and not insane stupid superbowl 2x markups. Very happy.
Well kept course
The course was fun to play. Most all the holes lay out in front of you from the tee box. Greens were not too fast and the fairways and bunkers were very well maintained.
Great Golfing Facility
A must play every time in the area.
Practice facilities top notch.
Check in was easy & efficient and staff prompt in loading bag on assigned carts.
Course conditions outstanding, from tee boxes, sand and of course, very true rolling greens. Fairways cut to perfect length.
Lunch before round was excellent, as were servers.
Great day of golf.
Gem in the city
Love this course and total respect for the how well they keep the course given the amount of play, but the greens are very pot marked. I guess folks just don't want to take the time to repair ball marks and it's a shame because they do a great job here. Oh, and be ready to take out a loan if you want to snack up when playing here. I get it that it is a golf course but the drinks and snacks are crazy expensive.
Cool layout, great staff, lazy golfers, overpriced?
Had a fun time with my crew yesterday at The Raven. The staff is top notch and the amenities are great. But like other top tier $$$$ golf courses, golfers playing them do not take care of the course for other golfers. They feel entitled because they paid big bucks and treat the course like crap. None of the bunkers were raked by the people before us. The par threes were all ball marked up. I gave it 3 stars on course shape only because of lazy golfers who ruin it for everyone else.
It’s sad because this is a cool layout but for $240 I can’t recommend it.
Perfect golf day!
Cool morning and warm afternoon golf at a beautiful and challenging course. Played with my son, paired up with a young recently married couple who were very pleasant and very good golfers. We thoroughly enjoyed the challenge from the silver tees, on exceptionally well manicured fairways and true rolling greens. Experienced many a green side bunker (one or two of which could have been better filed with sand), and my son had the pleasure of testing his fairway bunker play on several occasions. His problem for hitting it too far - not a problem of mine. Would definitely play again.
