Arizona Grand Resort

This is the second time playing this course and it is an incredible course. I can't wait to play it again!!

When I paid in the clubhouse nothing was said about cart path only restrictions, the starter let us know 6 holes were cart path only, no big deal. On the first 9 holes 5 holes we cart path only, several more holes on backside were also cart path only, our final count was 12 holes cart path only. Would not have paid over $100 if this had been disclosed ahead of time

Loved it. If you are new bring a lot of balls and keep pace. Not an easy course but for those who enjoy a challenge it's amazing

The track is beautiful, winds through desert ecosystems and has the typical sonoran plants. The course itself has some pretty gimmicky holes, with interesting landing zones and bank fairways, but course conditions were solid, greens rolled smooth. Many holes were cart path only which was kind of annoying. other than that it was fine

The pro shop staff and starters all of them treated us like royalty

This was my second time playing here, the staff is so informative and good at what they do and friendly..

The course is so well kept and they have water stations in many areas.

Looking forward to playing again there

I didn't expect much for 20 bucks but here's my review. If you dont hit it straight, bring plenty of balls. If you get off the fairway, the rough is at least 5 inches high in some spots. I found more balls than I lost by just walking in the rough. Blind shots are the norm. Not a very friendly resort course for the average golfer. Some tricked up holes that made the day even worse. One guy behind us gave up mid round. Said he'd had enough.

5 hours and only on hole 16 before we threw in the towel and just left. Ranger came by at hole 6 and stated first two tee times backed up the course but clearly they didn’t rectify that. When we were turning our cart in people behind us were leaving after hole 14 and 4.5 hrs.

Course was extremely shabby, and what's the deal with cart path only in summertime ? Possibly because they make the majority of their revenue off of winter golf and winter visitors they neglect the course drastically during the summer time, such a shame for such a wonderful course

After I booked my tee time for Monday morning I looked at some of the other reviews about Arizona Grand and thought I was going to be disappointed. Far from it. The course is in remarkably good shape considering the heat and monsoon storms that had passed through. There were little issues here and there but all in all the course was great. I enjoy the challenge of the course, Victoria - the cart girl - was around every 4-5 holes and the rest of the staff was very pleasant to be around. I had a great time playing and will be back again. Thank you.
