This course was in great shape with the greens, running very smoothly, not too slow or not too fast. Fairways were in great shape as well as bunkers, etc. The staff was very friendly to me and since I was a single and was playing on a hot afternoon, the starter let me begin on the back nine so I would not be held up by anyone. Consequently, I was able to finish my round in three hours.

From the moment you step onto the course grounds you are welcomed. The staff is great with getting you on your way. The place has some good views, but it is certainly not easy. I’d try it again.

Great layout and views along the waterway. Conditions and greens were good but not the best for $150 tee time, the other top tier courses in area offer better conditions. The clubhouse staff are rude and slow, it took literally 20 minutes in line to check in for tee time. They don’t sell Titleist golf balls at the course. Only Taylormade & Calloway. The worst part is the pace of play. We had 4some 7:30AM tee time, they start us on 10 and when we get to the turn made us wait 25 minutes for two 4some to start their first hole. Never seen this before. We were 15 minutes ahead of pace at the turn and ended the round 25 minutes behind pace. 5 hour round. I will play somewhere else next time.

Considered one of the best courses in MB, but boy was I disappointed. Greens were top dressed, rolled well and were very playable. Understandably that has to be done. I worked at a course for 20 years and we were always upfront about course conditions. Tee box and fairway kind of stunk. The winter rye died out and many of the tees were not being moved to better grass. Similar situation in many of the fairways. Still a beautiful course with many fun holes. We'll be back in the fall and hopefully the course will be in better shape.

place was in tip top shape. really enjoyed my round. I played here on my last day on the morning before my flight back to Beantown. it was at the recommendation of a father n son at dinner the night before. I am so glad I squeeze it in because them guys were not wrong. it was the 9th place I played that week including Caledonia true blue pawleys wild wing blackmour world tour river club and kings north being tied for the 2 best. I cant wait to play there again

Staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. Always felt welcome and treated me great. Course layout is very good and very challenging the closer you get to the green. Extremely wide fairways are very forgiving, but approaches to the green can get swallowed up by hidden hazards. Greens are massive, challenging, and the green complexes are the best part of this course. Recommend this course at least once. Some parts of the tee boxes, fairways and adjacent to greens were burnt out and had no grass. On a par three I hit short, and had to hit over bunker, but there was no grass just burnt out dirt and promptly could not get the club under and left it in the bunker. Frustrated because it was the bail out area and should not have been that penal. But that was the exception, not the rule for the day. Overall, very good experience.

Played the course four days after Myrtle Beach had 6 inches of snow. It had rained the day before. The course was still firm and in wonderful condition. I was told by the staff that it is the best draining course in Myrtle Beach. I totally believe that. Beautiful course, friendly staff, definitely worth the price which is more than I usually pay to play..

Great course and great weather made for an enjoyable round. Greens were seeded and slow, leading to bouncy putts and tough putting, but greens seeding is a necessary procedure. I wasn’t sure of where to begin my round, since the starter was not available at the driving range upon my arrival there, but all in all, I still give it an “A minus” rating!

Lush fairways, large greens in great shape, friendly staff and a nice breeze off the intracoastal. What could go wrong? I'll be back!

The course is nice and the facilities are great (including the Practice range area).

The course is not exeptional but has a very interesting lay out with some remarkable holes (especially on the second nine).The Fairway was in perfect conditions while the greens (2 weeks after aeration) were still not fast as I expected. Overall a course I would suggest

Layout forced a tough decision off most tees as trouble was almost always reachable from the tee. Greens were firm and in good condition. Would play it again

Enjoyed playing the course however the bugs were pretty bad.
