Silverado Golf Course welcomes all skill levels of golfer, but more advanced players will find the course pleasant but perhaps not as challenging as they would like. Located next to a bike trail that runs through much of Scottsdale, the course provides excellent views. While playing, golfers can enjoy vistas of the surrounding desert landscape as well as the Camelback and Mummy Mountains. A notable hole is the par-3 18th hole, not only for the gorgeous backdrop provided by the mountains but also its difficulty level. From its elevated tee, golfers get a good visual of the hole including the water and strategically placed bunkers that surround it.

One of my favorites

This course is always a go-to. Centrally located, easy enough for 20 handicaps and long enough for scratch golfers to have a great time with a variety of different types of holes.

It’s very difficult to not have a good time here. Only real downfall is no driving range, but they do have a small warm-up net area if you really need to get a few swings in just for feel.

Good Course - Good Value - Good Time

Silverado is a fun course that measures about 6,000 yds from the middle tees. Fairways were in good shape as well as the tee boxes. Greens were dry and fast. Golf Partner Kate had her first career birdie on the par 5 11th hole. Way to go Kate!! Great to play a course with so many elevated tees (7 of them). Only one water hole #18, but a great way to finish the round on a picturesque Par 3. Yep, we recommend Silverado. Cart service was great too!

Best Value in Scottsdale

Silverado is probably one of my favorite courses in Scottsdale that isn't $300 to play. Fairways are very open for Arizona standards, conditions are above average in comparison to the price range. There were no dry spots on any of the greens and very few in the fairways.

Silverado is not for me

The course conditions were not very good particularly the fairways. Very spotty and cut super short so there was little grass under the ball. I won’t be back although the staff was very nice.

Yep: Back in May the grass was short but now in June things are much greener with plenty of grass in the fairways.

Neighborhood course

One of our favorite courses to play once the summer rates kick in .. pace of play a tad slow which can be a problem in 100 degree weather heat .. otherwise, great play .. kitchen amenities bad; quesadilla overcooked to charred and hot dog and bun also charred ..won’t buy food from there again

Chevy Silverado

The course was just so so. Nothing too memorable except that it was in a busy area.

Good fun value for the price

The course was all good. My one issue was the grass on the fairways was tight. No cushion at all to speak of and the soil is black sticky dirt so for a chunkier it could be tuff to get the ball up.

Great value

First time playing the course. Booked early tee time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pace of play was great but we were maybe third group off. Course was in good shape. Greens were firm and fast. The lack of a driving range was a bummer but they did have net bays by the first tee box. I would definitely play this course again.
