The greens are in good condition but the fairways have become dirt and patches of grass.

I can't see paying the money for those conditions, which is unfortunate considering I really like this course.

I'll give it some time and go back in the future.

Some of the fairways were in decent shape the rest were sparse. The greens were in good shape and rolled true.

Tee boxes were mostly sand. Pace play was good.

There are a ton of sand traps on every hole and fairways are somewhat narrow between them. A lot of no cart zones so be prepared to walk.

The rest of the course is what it has become over the past few years, but it's still very playable. They got some grass starting to grow just need more rain, but the greens are very good and speedy. Overall if you're okay with adjusting your lie a few feet to find a normal lie, you won't be disappointed.

Range is being re-seeded too so hopefully that works out in a couple weeks. They have a small temporary range right now that's actually not too bad.

Tee boxes and fairways barely any grass . Greens were okay tee time was 8:08 had three groups sitting on the tee box waiting. For the price drive to Daytona or save a little and go play deltona there in the same condition .

Worst course conditions I've ever seen. 70 percent of the course is sand, aside from the greens but that is all. Fairways are all sand and dead dry grass, plus a million bunkers. I wouldn't play this course in this condition for free, let alone $40. Staff was nice and accommodating but man, what a miserable experience.

Very disappointed, last year a lot of improvements had been made, but it has slid backwards back. While the greens are still in pretty good conditions, the fairways are bad. Please, bring them back, I love the track layout and it’s minutes from my house. Lastly, something must be done about the range, HORRIBLE.

Greens good condition. Tees average condition. Fairways fair ; some areas good others poor. Sand traps well maintained . Water available on course also.

Overall poor conditions on tee boxes and fairways. Worse than anywhere. What a shame. Greens are pretty good but there are bad spots on some.

They are losing the fairways. Greens are still ok but show some fatigue. This owner doesn’t seem to want to keep this course playable. The fairways have been getting worse every year since he bought it. Such a shame

The course has made impressive improvements—conditions are better than ever and the experience was fantastic.

This course has been in decline for years and it has hit a new low. Fairways and tees are horrible a mix of burnt grass, weeds and sand! What a shame to see this course in its current condition. Warning to other golfers the manager will not honor coupons found online!

It is a shame that the course lacks maintenance. There is no excuse for the conditions on the fairways and tee boxes. This was such a great course many years ago. The greens are still pretty good, but the rest of the course just sucks.

This course has never been in worse shape! For years there have been some efforts to make things better but it never lasts and now it looks like they have given up. It starts right from the Range no grass at all, the first hole is not too bad but it goes downhill fast after that. Hardly and green grass a mixture of burnt out spots mixed with weeds and sand spots. Forget chipping from close to the green mostly sand spots. I think I dealt with the Manager and he was not friendly! I do realize that we are in a dry season but this is a neglected course much nicer ones closer in Daytona! Who owns this course are they actually interested in Golf?

Got us right onto a cart despite being early. Hit a bucket of balls. Driving range needs help, but the course play was great for the money. I’ll be back.

Course is in the usual goat track condition posting this review as a warning to anyone who uses GolfNow to book if weather turns bad, which I did for us on this round on the second pole, you have no way of getting a rain check proceed with caution.
