Victoria Hills Golf Club

Staff friendly and service at Sparrows is great. Pace of play was good for a Saturday, finishing the round in 4 hours dice we hardly saw any other players on the course. I thought the course conditions couldn’t get worse after playing there the past seven years but it has continued to go down hill. If you want to practice hitting golf balls in an open field with 18 flagsticks on it, this is good value for the money, but don’t pay more than $25 for a weekend round.

It is always a pleasure to golf at Victoria Hils. I enjoy both seeing the improvements and playing the course. Each time I golf here they have either finished an improvement or are making another one; it won’t be long until we can pay a decent price and play on a 4 to 5 star course!👍😊

Wow! What a difference few weeks make.

I played here a few weeks ago and the condition of the greens have improved markedly. The layout of this course is very different due to the rolling hills and elevation changes.

Course could use much more focus on greens keeping and grass management

Great value for the money. I really enjoy the unique layout and rolling hills . Pace of play was better than expected as the course was pretty full.

Course is not in good condition. Most tee boxes are just dirt and the greens are not playable.

Course has a lot of bald patches and weeds but is a great value to get out for cheap. Greens are not too bad. Course is tight so bring extra balls. No cart girl and no yardages in the fairway.

Fist time playing Victoria Hills, nice layout but course in terrible shape, played 9 holes, fairways with lots of weeds and 2 greens were so bad they were unplayable, would not go back until they put some mo ey into course management

I strongly recommend that ownership takes a hard look at the quality and condition of their golf course. Even though the layout is great the conditions of the fairways and greens are not just bad they're horrible. I play this course at least once or twice a year just to see if there has been any changes. Talking to golfers that live in the community they say the same thing. The problem is that the golf course/ownership has nothing to do with the community ( no perks ). I will honestly say that this would be the last time I will play this golf course.

I played this course years ago and loved the layout and the undulations of the course. Beautiful views and good conditions for fairways and greens. I was very disappointed in the current conditions of the course. I believe the course was well maintained and it was one the nicest courses in the area. The restrooms on the course were disgusting and looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. I was glad to hear that the course has been improving from earlier this year but it still has a long way to go to get it back to its prime condition.

What should be a beautiful and challenging course has been rendered a weed and dirt wasteland by it’s owners! Staff was welcoming and helpful as were the restaurant crew.

Too bad owner of golf course doesn’t take pride in this beautiful piece of land!

The only time I will usually play this course is if it has a deal for $20 on golf now. It is just in sad shape.

One of the best tracks in the area, but the owners refuse to put the $$$ into the course. It is so unfortunate becaus3 it is such a great layout.

When you can’t find your ball in the fairway we have a problem.

Course needs help but it’s a double edged sword- you can’t find money to fix up and maintain the course if nobody’s playing because of the conditions.

I feel bad because it’s an interesting layout and I have played here when it was championship caliber.

I won’t play it again. Sorry.

I've only been playing over a year. But this is a great course to me. Its tough because of the hills and the greens are all slanted or on a hill side. If you miss the putt its gonna run lol I enjoy the challenge. I made 7 pars this round. I'll definitely come back and play again
