Riverwood Golf Club - Riverview/Meadowlands Course

Beautiful course. 62 miles from my house but definitely worth the ride

course is greta and the value through golf now of $40 for 18 was great. The greens were a little sandy and ry and it was hard for the ball to roll true but the course has a great layout and level of difficulty is really fun and challenging. The guy I got paired up with was awesome and a member and it was great networking.

I played 9 holes on a Thursday afternoon after work. Took 1.5 hours to play!! Course was busy but everyone was spread out nicely. Each time I have gone to this course the staff manages the tee times very well. Even when busy the pace of play seems to not be an issue. I'm sure it can be but when I've gone it hasn't. Weather is hot, humid and dry but course was in very good shape. Some spots on the greens but I would expect that as we haven't had rain in a while. Can't wait to play again.

First time playing and I am very impressed with the course condition, course lay out and especially the difficulty. What makes it more difficult is the undulation of greens and fairways not to mention the length of the course. It requires good (and long) and accurate placement of your tee shots need tonhave your short game to play this course really good. If you are off in your game or just beginning to play, it will create real challenge. A 10 handicap can not break 100 in your off day with this course.

We picked one of the hottest days of the year to play our first round out here but we made the most of it. The course was in great shape even though they has recently aerated the greens.

Challenging from the black tees…especially Deer Run. Fun course

Played Meadowlands/Deer Run nines. DR par 4's can be a beast! Fairways were a little thin, but that's probably to the lack of rain here. Greens rolled well, but very grainy.....when the ball slows, it breaks hard with the grain. Fun round with 2 younger players who out drove me 50 yds on every tee shot! I did show them that an 8 iron around the green can save you some strokes! Course should be in very good condition come late June.

Hadn't played this course in 10 years. Very enjoyable and challenging. Course was in great shape, carts were new, play was very timely. It was a solid value.

I was paired with a lovely couple who're members of the club. Perfect weather meant more people of the course and I expected a slower pace. The course was dry due to lack of rain recently. But it was fair. The greens were slow course. The pace improved a bit after the group ahead of us decided to leave. On the back nine my partners also decided to leave and I was left playing alone which meant a much slower back nine. But I didn't expect it to come to a complete halt after 3 holes. there were a group of 4 with two children. they allowed the kids to putt which meant even slower pace. I could not play through as there were two groups ahead waiting on the next tee. so I decided to call it a day. I drove an hour to play this course and left disappointed
