Great Course
My husband and I love playing Wellen Park. The layout is challenging and enjoyable to play. Thrilled that it opened to the public on May 1. It saddens us when they go private during snowbird season

1st but not last time I'll play here.
Pretty straight forward track. Condition was well maintained and crew seems to take pride in the conditions. Pace was very good. I played at 10am in a group of 3 and never had to wait. Plenty of water but doesn't come into play for most Tee shots. Driving range and practice green were as you would expect. Price was very reasonable.
Now the Bad news. Only open to the public until Jan 1 and then closed to public until the spring.

Great track
Need to have a little course knowledge to play some of these holes. The layout is great. Greens came back nice from the recent airation. The rough is very fair and holds the ball up instead of burrowing down. This will be in the rotation of must play courses

Nice course
Course was in very good shape. Has wide fairways and big greens. Pace of play seemed slow as we were a twosome but still got done in 4 hours
