Bull Creek East Course
Excellent golf course even cart path only rule in effect. One of the best public courses in Georgia.
Poor management
The track itself is a great layout and the greens are pretty good but that’s about it. This course could be so much better, but unfortunately poor management is going to run it into the ground. I’m always getting harassed because I use GolfNow and get tee time deals so I guess that’s what I have to deal with for cheap golf. I encourage people who live in Columbus whose tax money pays for this course to go look at the financial records and to see that they haven’t made a single dollar in profit in the past 10 years while they also get around $2 million of Grant money so where does the money go.
Staff acts likeFacilities are very old, but staff acts like it is Augusta National
I have come to this course on occassion for 25 years. This course is rough around the edges and is noticeable with the large pile of cut up pine trees near the entrance. with 70's looking facilities, but staff is quick to rebuke customers, etc... and always have , over small things. They definitely have an unearned arrogance... However, the layoutis very good with greens fairways are goid, but not great. So it makes for a nice round for the money.
Great golf for the price
Bull Creek has two really nice courses. I played the East and the condition of the fairways and greens were really good. I would highly recommend either course. I have never been let down. The prices are really low.
East
The best course for the money around the Columbus area.
Frost
50 degrees outside and they won’t let anyone go out to play because a few holes covered by trees have some frosty dew. I appreciate the concern for safety but if this whole operation is ridiculous.

Great play to go play with friends. Always a good atmosphere course is always in good shape that I’ve seen the recent trimming of the trees on the sides of fairways has been very helpful.
