Abysmal
This has to be the worst excuse for a golf course. The tee boxes are not even level. There’s hardly any grass there. The fairways look like hogs have been rooting them with very little grass as well. They’re narrow and wind back-and-forth like a slinky. Horrible layout. I will say the greens look good. We quit after nine holes. Why waste your time on something like this when Chateau Elan and chimney are right down the street. Even though they cost three times as much, they’re 100 times better. $23 for this course is $20 too much.
DON’T waste your time and money
At a cheap $23 per round you could say you get what you pay for. But this round was worth about three dollars. The tee boxes are even hilly and uneven. There was not a single tee box where my feet were level. The fairways look like wild hogs have been rooting in them. I will say the greens look good. Pace of play was abysmal. We left after nine holes and decided we made the right choice. Why waste your time. There is no pro shop nor restaurant nor anything close. Even though Chateau Elan and the Chimneys are more money, even three times more money, they’re 100 times better than this cow pasture.
Upgrades
I played ther last sometime in March, Since then the last couple of months we sold our house and moved to Cresswind Community.I felt that we haave gotten settled enough for me to golf again.
A very nice improvement on the parking lot. my friend and I had a good time, very enjoyable,
Return customer that
I haven’t been here for a while and was pleasantly surprised to see all the work the owners are doing on the course. The greens are looking really good and will be very nice in a month or so. They have cleaned up a lot of the ugly brush around the lakes and made playing much more enjoyable. You cannot beat their prices and they are all very personable.
Good time for the money
Course is great for a practice round. Me and the guys would have had more fun if they had a starter. We had slow play due to a couple jumping in front of our tee time.
I love Pine Hills!!
Challenging course and the friendliest staff of anyplace I’ve ever played!
Great course , just needs some love
This course is super cheap and it’s so fun to play with your buddies,
however the greens are the only thing green on the entire course. Fairways are literally non existent it’s just hard ground you’re hitting off of, all the course needs is to improve fairways and it’d be perfect for the price. Hot dogs are really good, the sweet lady that works inside the pro shop is super nice and friendly. all this course needs is a little love
So so so DRY
Many of the tees you couldn’t put a tee in the ground.
The staff cannot have been more nice.
Cheap, but you get what you pay for.
Greens are the only bright spot of the course. Tee boxes are abysmal and the fairways are not much better. Good hotdogs though.
