Lexington Golf Club

Was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the course at this price. Loved it and will definitely be back.

Was passing through and figured I would try it out. To my surprise this was a fun and challenging course even though it was on the shorter side as far as courses go. That being said, I had a blast playing this course and would not hesitate to play it again if in the area.

If we knew that the front 9 was unavailable we would not have booked it but we did like the golf course.

Great course. Only checked out the front 9. Fridays is tournament day. Don't go on Fridays. Had to wait 7 minutes to tee off on every hole. And had to wait 3-5 minutes before I could hit my second shot. I just couldn't play that slow. Messes up my game flow. I went back to the clubhouse and had absolutely no problem getting a raincheck for 9 holes.

I will go back on a different day of the week!

Course was good. Only played nine holes after paying to play 18. I forgot to ask for a raincheck... It was a Friday at 10:52 tee time and didn't know Friday's was tournament days... Waited 7 minuets at least at every tee box before I could tee off.

Course is 5600ish yards from the whites and 6110ish from the blues. It can challenge your aim on drives but mostly your approach shots. It's kind of tight here and there. Smaller greens too.

I look forward to playing the course again, on any day but a Friday!! Can't wait to see the back 9 and how they play. The course is in great shape, just like the reviews say. Plus the golf carts should be the standard for every course!! Nice cubby holes, 4 cup holders, ball slots, nice seats, rain hood for clubs, and USB chargers if you need to charge a phone or range finder.

Will go back again. Definitely should give this course a try.

Chipping and putting green, but sadly no driving range.

Driving an hour is worth it to play Lexington GC. Bent grass greens are true, fun layout, nice folks, and great condition.

Slow play on the last 12 holes. Joined with another single as the group in front wouldn’t let either of us play through.

The course conditions are in incredible condition. Friendly staff and pace of play. Highly recommend!

Lexington is in good shape at present. Greens are probably the best I've seen them in five years. Fairways are also in good shape. Bunkers are generally good with a few minor issues. They are regrassing a teebox on #5, so a temporary tee is in place. Teeboxes as a whole are OK, with a few being shaggy. The course layout keeps your interest. Driver is not the automatic choice off of every hole. Many of the tee shots are either up or down hill, and tee shot placement is imperative to having the proper angle for the second shot. Many of the greens have good amounts of slope in them, and the greens staff aren't afraid to put pins in difficult places. For the money you pay, this is an excellent value.

Greens as good as it gets. Fairways too. CC tourney made the pace slow, but even when there's not a tournament, it's crowded. Better bring a 4some.

Greens were very good, fairways dry but getting better. Some tees need work, but overall decent shape for such a dry spring. Short, shot makers course that is different from what we normally have in this area. Fun to play.

Course is in good shape. You’d better be on in regulation to par the hole. Greens are a bit tricky.
