Nags Head Golf Links

The course was in great shape. The pace of play was great. The ocean breeze adds an extra element to the course. We look forward to playing it again!!!!

Once again this course does not disappoint. The course is in excellent condition and continues to provide a challenging but enjoyable round.

The course is very tight. choice of Tees makes a big difference on the difficulty. Lots of trouble. Tight fairways and water everywhere. Greens rolled well and fairways were good with very little rough. Hitting driver will get you into trouble especially the front nine. Traps are in good shape and some beautiful golf holes especially near the ocean. Enjoyed the course and hit every club in my bag.

Paid to play 18 with cart today, lighting hit after playing 7 holes and ranger made us head in. We are here for vacation and leaving early Friday morning. Staff would not provide any refund or pro shop credit. We were offered a rain check that would not even cover the cost to play 9 holes at another time. I pointed out the agreement on golf now that states you are responsible for full green fee unless the course is closed due to weather (which it was) bug they did not care to follow or make right with us. Very unhappy with their customer service. I believe they knew we were playing on vacation and intentionally “shafted us”

I will be sure GolfNow is made aware that they are not following the policies they agreed too. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Not worth the money to play it early in the morning. Wait until the afternoon when the price drops. Staff is not friendly at all. Asked to play the back 9 since I’ve never got to play it and was told no because they were too busy. Parking lot was nearly empty. I will be going somewhere else next time we are in the outer banks.

This was my second time playing this course. It is pretty tough but it is still awesome. I like a good challenge when playing golf and this one definitely offers that! The overall condition of the course was phenomenal! Greens were rolling fast and in awesome shape! Definitely will go play this course again in the future!

Course in great shape. Staff friendly, food good, beer cold. Pretty challanging for son and I. Lots of sand and water.

Nice views of the Sound.

Good course in great condition. Winds coming off the sound were crazy. Greens held great. Very tight course that will challenge every shot. A bit expensive for no real reason. Only need your driver for a handful of holes. Short course but extremely narrow. I would recommend playing this course.

This is my 3rd year playing Nags Head. Very challenging course with tight fairways and tough greens. While the course is short you have to be accurate tee-to-green. Great staff, good food, and a beautiful facilities. There are not many options and we stayed in Avon on vacation so it took us about an hour to get to the course. It will be our normal course for as long as we go to the OBX.

Awesome place to play. Not an easy course but very challenging for all levels. The staff was great. Very professional and Uber courteous. We’ll be back.

Nags Head golf links is the best course in the area in my opinion. Turf is nice, layout is fun, and the views are great. Relatively short but challenging for me.

Overall a short course but with the influence of wind from the ocean and the sound can be very challenging. This is especially true from high flight ball strikes. 18 was a beast. Long par 5 into 20+ mph winds. I will definitely return and highly recommend!

Course was challenging but a pleasure to play. Greens were consistent. It is not easy to play if you don’t know the course as there are several blind shots. The lay out is great, you’re using most of your clubs. I really enjoyed the course

Soft greens. Roll true. Good layout. Don’t let yardage fool you. Tough corse only negative not marked well great value for money

Got through the front 9 before thunderstorms pushed us off the course. Course is very nice and an enjoyable layout. Not very long but some fun shot making is needed. Would absolutely return and looking forward to playing the back nine. Course was is good shape and the greens were reseptive and rolled very nicely.
