Holly Ridge Golf Course

Absolutely love this course! Beautiful grounds, fast greens and enough obstacles ti make it interesting. Can’t wait for my next Outerbanks vacation!

The greens, fairways & tee boxes are all extremely well maintained. My only issue was the way the cart paths are laid out. They can be a bit confusing staying on track to the next hole. Other than that, beautiful course. Carts are well maintained, staff is super friendly & helpful. Would absolutely recommend. Will be back 👍🏻👍🏻

My boys and I had a great time playing a full 18 holes the other day. Things did get a little slow at times (there was a group of six ahead of us), but I didn’t mind being on the course for the little longer.

Also appreciated their driving range, which I hit up multiple times this week. They even offered extra balls to us to keep my youngest son entertained.

Will be playing here again!

Over all course was in good condition. The Tee boxes needed some help. Greens were in good shape. Staff was very friendly. Could use water stations. Excellent value for the area. Will definitely play next year with my grandson.

Very short course, plays almost like an executive course. Very open but setup in a manner that punishes most normal misses. Overall a lot of fun to play!

As a relative newbie to golf, I was hoping to find a place that was relaxed, but also a place that would be challenging, while still allowing it to be a fun outing for all of us. After reading reviews we settled on going to Holly Ridge. I could not be happier with that choice. We felt truly welcomed, and staff were very friendly and always asked if we needed anything at each passing. It was a phenomenal experience for all three of us. At the time of this review, we have now been twice and plan to go back one more time before our vacation is over. I highly recommend this course to anyone that is just beginning to play, or for anyone that just wants to have a fun and relaxed experience.

This is a nice course, with challenging holes but not expert skill needed. I have played 3 times and find my scores here are generally a bit worse than I am usually able to achieve in my home courses. Maybe it is unfamiliarity, but I am not a long hitter so most of the par 3's are tough to reach even from red tees, I enjoyed it however and would play there again when visiting the area.

Staff was friendly and was able to fit me into a threesome.

It was definitely an experience. We are down on vacation and always go golfing and this year it landed on this good course.

Course was in good shape. Couple of sandy spots on greens. Would definitely play there again..
