Hedingham Golf Club

Played this course several times and enjoy it every time. There was an warning up on GolfNow about the greens being aerated but it dint say that the back 9 was closed so we had to play the front twice which is not a big deal but would’ve been helpful to know that piece in the web page.

Played this course for the first time, the course was in good condition but the fairways and greens became more worn throughout the round. Pace of play was great, and there are several holes which are unique and fun to play. Overall a good experience.

Greens are way to fast it's nearly impossible to get any shot to not roll off green. There are no ball marks because the greens are like cement. Some of the fairways have huge dirt spots and some of the trees are pretty sparse also. If there was more watering and irrigation this could be a nice course. It has some challenging holes.

Another issue is the ten minute spacing of groups, we were stuck behind three to four groups backed up. We waited for every shot we took.

Overall course conditions were good+. This is a narrow track so bring an extra sleeve with you. The greens were a highlight. Some of the best in the area and a solid value.

Went and played a round after 5 for a very reasonable rate. Pace of play was great. Tee boxes were not in good condition (a lot of bare spots). Fairways were ok, but not very distinguishable from the rough in some areas. The greens and fairway around the green was in incredible shape. The greens ran well and were firm but not too firm. A+ on greens. B on fairways. C- on teeboxes.

Overall well worth their rate and accurately priced.

Hedingham is a challenging golf course with fairways lined with out of bounds on both sides with undulating greens. For first time players I recommend the white tees.

DJ, the greenskeeper for over 15 years, does a great job maintaining the golf course especially the greens. They are constantly making improvements such as patch sodding the fairways from winter kill.

AJ, who was recently hired as the golf pro, is doing a good job at setting and maintaining standards for this semi-pro golf course. Daily he strives to make sure each golfer has a great experience and promptly addresses any concerns.

A few months ago the grill was taken over by new management. They have a reasonably priced menu and the food taste great. The staff is very pleasant and is always open for suggestions for new menu items.

this course reminds me of the courses i play in Pa. Rolling hills, great greens, fairways were a little bare in places but still playable. Will play next time in town.

This course is laid out in a winding manner throughout an older neighborhood. The fairways are narrow and on many holes there is no line of sight to the pin for quite some time. Fairway grass was long and in need of mowing, large sections washed away, walkers and bikers from the homes were constantly on the cart path and had to be accounted for, and the foursome in front of me (solo player) would not move for 9 holes. I finally skipped a hole to pass them. Everyone else was nice and let me play through (2 other groups).

This course isn't the most expensive, but it has a nice layout with good conditions. I played it today, and the greens and fairways were in really good shape. The layout isn't overly challenging, but it does provide some obstacles to make you strategize your shots. I'll definitely be back.

This course has come a long way in course conditions, The greens are PGA tour level running at east a 12 on the stimph meter. Putting is a challenge.

Played this course several times but never seen it in such great condition. Fairways lush, greens nice, staff amazing as always.

Not sure why this course rates only 3.5 stars. This was our first time playing here and won't be our last. The course layout is spectacular. Playing from the whites was a comfy 6000 yrds. The greens were stellar, green to green the speeds were very consistent and in fantastic shape. My hats off to the folks maintaing the course. We enjoyed it so much we played 36 !!

Tee boxes and greens were nice. A lot of blind tee shots and poor fairways. Fairways were hard and patchy with sand

A great golfing experience in everyway. I will be back. A challenging & diverse course, but fun to play.

Almost better to miss fairways because they are bare. Greens are better. They are fairly fast and run pretty true. Overall for $49 .... Egh? Judgement call.

The fairways were were almost grassless except for what looked like crabgrass. The greens, while putting true, were so slick, that that the ball often accelerated past the pin instead of slowing as it progressed.
