Poor management
The course is fine but management needs help with organization of tee times.
Tee times
My group was the 5th tee time for the day and when we drove up to the first tee, the starter said he decided to fit in a couple other groups. Those groups were both foursomes and slowed up the entire day. I go to this course often for practice rounds and I have even switched to playing early on Mondays to avoid the crowds. The starter and clubhouse have made this a place to avoid for and not recommend to friends.
Just no.
Extremely firm soil everywhere. So firm full wedge shots wouldn’t even leave a mark much less a divot. The only reason to play this course is if you need fast greens to practice on. The course was the firmest soil I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. There was a group of 8-10 kids running all over the course screaming at the top of their lungs. Do not waste your money. Go literally anywhere else. Staff is friendly though.
A Good Course for the Money
The course has a good layout and is both fair and challenging. The greens are moderately fast and undulating (not a big fan). The sand in the sand traps are adequate. The course is in relatively good shape. I found the staff a bit cold and reserved.
Another day at Hedingham
Course was in good shape. Greens were leaf-free considering the time of year. Will play again soon.
As good as ever!
Fairways are nice, greens are fast but soft on approach, some tee boxes are a bit rough but always found a nice flat spot to tee it up! Played in 3 1/2 hours even behind a slow group, great time to play Hedingham!

Enjoyed this course. Red tees were fair. Pace of play was wonderful as we went off after lunchtime but before the work crowd.
Greens were super fast, Ranger was a super jerk
Played on a rainy day. Pace of play was slower than usual - essentially a 5 hour 18 holes. Greens were recently dyed and super fast...Arrived early to the tee time. The Ranger has apparently had a difficult life and decided to give us a speech which consisted of him personally attacking us for no reason. Wildly unpleasant experience.
A user friendly course
Peaceful layout in nice condition. Will definitely play here again.
Fun layout
Haven’t played this course a lot over the years but it was in the best condition I’ve experienced there. Greens were in great condition with the exception of number 9. But even 9 was in the best condition I’ve ever played. Look forward to playing it again.
A real beauty
Tucked away but an amazing course that dances around some great slopes!
Great Value
Came here for a quick 9 holes on a weekday. <$20 and loads of availability. Played solo walking, felt like I had the course to myself
Greens are in really good condition, fairways a bit patchy on some holes but overall great to play on
