Beautiful day of golf! Met great people! Had fun! That’s what it’s all about!

Played this course several times and I like the course. Played from the white tees and I am a 12.9 handicap. Tough but fair from the White tees. the greens are in great shape.

Wilmar is an outstanding golf course. The staff is top notch. The course is very well maintained and challenging. The greens are fast.so be prepared. I try to play here at least once a week. Players of all skill level play here. I highly recommend you give it a go.

This was my first time playing here since Covid-19 precautions have been put in place. The clubhouse was restricted to 4 guests at a time, plexiglass shield was in place at all registers, cart keys were soaking in sanitizing solution before being given to golfer, we had no problem getting individual golf carts for our foursome, the restaurant was take-out only and the patio was closed, the carts had been sufficiently cleaned between uses. All staff that we talked to were friendly and helpful. The starter told us that they have been packed for the last 2 months, but the course was in good shape. I felt like the greens were moderate speed with no noticeable ball marks. We had an afternoon tee-time and the pace of play was really good. We aren't the fastest golfers, but everyone was moving along at a good pace without waiting a long time on the tee-box. We finished 18 holes in about 3.5 hours. I consider Wil-mar to be my home course and I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends. Thanks for maintaining a great place to have fun in the outdoors during the Covid-19 quarantine!

Greens firm, but fair. Fairways lush and firm. I always enjoy playing this track!

Wil-Mar isn’t very long, but will challenge your game. Some of the tees are strategically placed to make you shape shots to get around trees. The greens were in good shape and faster than I had expected. The subtle variations can cause multiple 3 putts if you don’t pay attention. Fun course. Pace of play was acceptable (4.5 hrs.) considering the course was full due to golf being one of the few activities activities available during the pandemic.

The course isn’t very long but you have to be precise. Small greens with subtle elevation changes will trick you, especially on the par 3s with the pin up front. Some of the tee box locations will make you have to shape shots which I enjoyed (even though I didn’t pull off the shot I was attempting every time. Greens were in good shape Pace of play wasn’t terrible considering the current situation...a little more than 4.5 hrs to finish. Very nice course that will be in my rotation.

Greens in great shape, fairways firm but fair. Best value in the triangle.

I have played here for 30+ years. Always a challenging yet fair course. Course is tough to keep grass growing in some areas. However, that being said the greens are in the best shape they've ever been. They are quick and very smooth. I feel that this the most important aspect of a great golf course. I will continue to play here. Hat's off to the superintendent.

A 5 hour round should never be in order for this place. Love the course but something needs to be done about the pace of play. And for those that keep us waiting 10 minutes on every tee box, learn some etiquette. It’s part of golf!

Played this morning and found staff had completely prepared the course to protect golfers and staff. Thank you Wil-Mar! Had my own cart, bunkers not to be played, water coolers and ball washers not in use. Each golf hole had been flipped over so no need to touch pin or hole. Staff took my payment with gloved hand. Restaurant closed except for delivery, beverage take out and seating areas roped off.

Everyone using social distancing!! Felt safe and glad to be getting exercise!

This isn’t the only golf course guilty of this but rangers don’t do a proper job. You’ll have a foursome ahead of you; lousy golfers losing their balls etc. And the holdup is not acceptable and they never seem to do the proper job. Break up the foursomes into twosomes if that’s the case I don’t know what the answer is but somethings got to give!!

Love playing this track. 12-15 is my favorite three hole stretch in the area.
