Rude staff
Overdoing the China virus nonsense in a big way! No flexibility there’s no reason for them to make people wait to clear a green before you tee off. All under the guise of the lovely china virus
Issues with cup placement
I play this course 10 - 15 times a year. The only criticism I really have is the cups are always put near the edge of the greens on most of the holes. This limits the use of the greens, effects the score adversely and overall makes for an unpleasant golf experience. I have spoken tom other golfers while playing and the consensus is the same.
Self inflicted slow play.
All was fine except pace of play.
Apparently with short daylight, course starts with split tees( tee off on both nines) with no slot for back nine to turn to. Our tee time was 11:50. Starter( who was very nice), said they were running on time, with tee times every ten minutes.. After the 11:40 teed off, we pulled into position and were told another group, turning from back, was ahead of us. Course was packed, so obviously this led to very slow play. Situation was verified when group that was worked in did not play back nine. So, Wil-Mar has built in slow play on busy days. Suggest groups starting on back on busy days understand they are either playing nine holes, or will be on standby for an opening.

Great Condition
Course has come a long way and is in great shape. All greens were in great condition. All around course condition has improved from the last time I was here.

Great average course. Not great facilities but playing conditions were great for the price!

The fairways and greens were wonderful and nice to golf on. The new golf carts were fabulous!! Always a pleasure to golf at Wil-Mar.
