Rode cart over back jarring cart paths. Actually hurt my back riding a cart. Course has come a long way though. Getting better all the time.

Layout was good and challenging, but the fairways were in need of repair Greens were slow and bumpy. Course needs lots of work.

My group has a great time, every time.Really enjoy the back nine and the greens are rolling good..Keep up the hard work.Thanks!

They're working on the course but understand this is no four or 5 star course greens are okay but there is a long way to go here fairways need help a cart path could use help. Honestly you get what you pay for. I wouldn't drive to play it again until it's all fixed check back in 4 years. Staff was excellent at hosting you!!

I played on 1/9/2023 and was very impressed with the improvement of the course over the last two years. They have removed thirty six hundred trees and the greens are the beneficiary of that. The front side was designed by Donald Ross and the back nine by Gary Player and there are many holes with a distinct character. The course is fairly open but there are a few tight fairways. I will be back to play golf here and I invite all golfers to also try this course out you won't be disappointed.

This course is fantastic and is the perfect challenge for someone trying to better their game.

I've played this course several times in the last few years and it keeps getting better. Each visit there is an area or two that has received attention and things are moving in a good direction.

They have started working on the cart paths in a few areas and there is much more work needed...just pay attention to speed and conditions and remember you are there for golf and not cart racing.

The staff is one of the friendliest in the Charlotte area and they are genuine about appreciating the business. The different layout from the front to the back (due to different architects) ensures there will be something for all golf styles. There is one hole, however, that can take out the 'best' golfer. I will leave that for you to discover on your own!

I have been playing here for a month or each week. Haven’t had a bad experience yet, The staff is super friendly and the course is challenging. Not a big fan of overpriced crowded course with unfriendly staff?…….. then this is the place to go to get away from that. Very enjoyable.

Played on a whim as I had some unexpected free time and was not disappointed. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The course itself is in really good shape. Cart path has a tree root issue and some spots get pretty bumpy but the greens... oh man the greens are immaculate. They're soft and ran a little slow during this round, but during a season when much of the grass is dying these we so beautiful. The course features a great deal of undulation and makes for a fun day. The front is designed by Donald Ross and the back by Gary Player so it's like playing 2 different courses in one round. I'm definitely going back and truly enjoyed the round and hospitality by the staff! Highly recommend!

This was an amazing experience. This golf course was spectacular. Hope to play this course again.

The staff was super friendly and informative about the course as it was our first time. The front 9 is designed as a flat layout with tight fairways…the back 9 is a whole other story. It’s designed by Gary Player and it is A BEAST. So much fun to play..the greens are nice on most holes…Overall great experience as we played it twice. I’m usually between an 85-90 and shot a 102 on the first time thru and 94 the second. We will continue to play this course for the challenge until I beat it !!
