Willow Springs
Great Course but in bad conditions. I have heard they are closing down but it's a great course. I'm sure if they had more people come and play they could stay open. If they took care of the greens it would be a fantastic course to play. Everyone is super nice and I really enjoy spending time out here.
This is the best this course has been.
We have been playing here for about 5 years. This is the best the course has been. They redid some of the greens and fairways are now weeds free. Can’t beat it for the price.
Overall
The Course is in dire need of Water. That cannot be put out on the course it is a drought, but overall it was difficult dry hard tee boxes and Greens. Bring a nail or screw driver to put your tee in the ground. Staff is great and very friendly.
practice
this is a good place to practice your drives irons and chipping. forget putting and sand practice but approach shots etc is good to use. i’ll play it again
Hidden Secret
I don’t know why this course is empty but I’m not complaining about it. I’ll continue enjoying the game and hopefully more people will come.
Wow
Please make this your last option. We were the ONLY one on the course for 4 holes before the rain came down. The 1st hole had a green that was built in front of the green with a 24 inch cup. The other 3 holes were built in a cow pasture. They charged my wife $15 to ride their gas cart cause I imagine gas is $4.00/gallon.. you got to get it from somewhere. Just saying, this is where golfers go to retire.
Horrible Course
The course was in absolute horrible shape. The greens were worse than an abandoned home’s yard. I would never play golf at this course ever again even if it was free. Attached is an image of the best green they had if you’d call it a green.
Good little course that could be GREAT!
Played this course a few times and like it. It is aged and not showing its age well. The greens are the absolute biggest challenge this course has. By that I mean the actual color green. There is more sand than grass. It's time to do something with the greens. I can deal with the clubhouse being what it is but attention to the greens is urgent. Definitely a diamond in the rough that just needs a little love!
Not too bad
Overall a good place to play. Fairways and bunkers were in pretty good shape but the greens needs some love.
Fun course as a beginner
The course was overall in pretty decent shape. A few rough patches but we had a great time! As a beginner it was a nice course to play on. It wasn't busy on the back 9 which allowed us to be able to slow down a bit. The staff was really polite and helpful! I would go back again if I'm in that area.
MY GO TO
My favorite course because it can be played very easily.
Honesty for history willow springs is a cool course but to play I wouldn't. The greens are not good at all you pretty much had to chip when on the green.
Nice course for the everyday golfer
Nice course. A little aged, but fairways are kept up and greens are decent.
