About
The public, 18-hole golf course at Brigantine Golf Links is not only beautiful scenery and a great game it is also a National Audubon Sanctuary. Its layout has roots in Scottish golfing tradition. The golf course utilizes the natural environment featuring a softly rolling terrain and marshes as well as gorgeous bay views.
Like traditional Scottish Links courses, Brigantine is marked by nearly tree-less greens and the type of shot to take often depends on the wind. There are powerful sea breezes that affect the shots and bunkers that make for an interesting game. The smooth, rolling greens encourage a bump-and-run strategy. The scenic course's location close to the Atlantic City boardwalk and the challenging, but fun game it offers make it popular among tourists and locals of all skill levels.

I want to like this course but…
…the greenheads (biting flies) were really bad. The course itself was fun - good layout, interesting mix of holes, sandy bayside conditions, greens roll true. But there were some holes that you just approached your ball, swing, and move on quickly. If you stood still for even a few seconds, the flies were on you. I guess it just the marshy environment.
nice course
Pace of play was good. Staff was great. Only issue is the flies, make sure you bring plenty of insect repellent. Greens in great shape for mid-summer

Brigantine Links is in great shape! Could use a beverage cart person on the weekends to help ease the pain of slow play or employ a ranger to speed things along.

Nice day on the course. Tee times well spaced. No on holding us up and no one waiting behinds us. Course in good shape. Greens very good. A bit buggy early but they disappeared once a breeze started. A real nice round with good guys that I was matched up with

Great location...
First time here. Great location. Nice course for the price. The conditions were pretty good for the most part.
Couple things: the bugs were pretty bad here on certain holes. There is no beverage cart, but you can purchase a bucket of beer at the clubhouse.

Ashamed.
Manager at front desk with silver hair was very ignorant. I had just finished my 18 holes and my buddy was finishing up the men’s league and was going to play another nine. I asked him if I could play with them he said he can’t play fivesome‘s. Told me to go ask Richie The cart guy, Richie said go play I teed off on 10 and the Ranger came and told me to go talk to the guy in the front office. He said because I didn’t take care of $$$ Richie I can’t play. I thought that was very unprofessional. And when I play the course I fix 3 to 4 ball divits on the greens on Every green. I guess good deeds don’t get noticed.

Emaculate greens beutiful fairways challenging rough but very doable..teeboxes are suspect. Lil lumpy. Beutiful courses.

Great links course!
Fun layout with lots of narrow fairways. When I played it was 75 degrees outside and the breeze (10-15mph) made for a great atmosphere. Highly recommend! I will be playing again next time I am on the island.

Really bad condition and overpriced
Wayyyy overpriced for the condition this course is in, rough hasn’t been touched in months it seems like. Bugs are horrible, fairway isn’t in good condition. The layout isn’t bad it just seems like they put no effort into maintenance besides greens. This course is worth roughly $30/18 holes, maybe $40 on weekends considering they don’t even serve food at 11am on a Sunday in June.
