About
The public, 18-hole golf course at Brigantine Golf Links is not only beautiful scenery and a great game it is also a National Audubon Sanctuary. Its layout has roots in Scottish golfing tradition. The golf course utilizes the natural environment featuring a softly rolling terrain and marshes as well as gorgeous bay views.
Like traditional Scottish Links courses, Brigantine is marked by nearly tree-less greens and the type of shot to take often depends on the wind. There are powerful sea breezes that affect the shots and bunkers that make for an interesting game. The smooth, rolling greens encourage a bump-and-run strategy. The scenic course's location close to the Atlantic City boardwalk and the challenging, but fun game it offers make it popular among tourists and locals of all skill levels.

My best ever golf
Thank you i enjoyed my Christmas here playing golf with my wife driving a golf cart i know it's wet a little bet because of the rain on Christmas day. I did Played a lot of Pars and Birdies special the back 9 i scored 37. It's very nice course, i will come back again whenever i go to Atlantic City. I will recommend this to people specially friends.

Great Greens
Early Morning Dec. round was priceless. I played as a single, and was the 1st one out. Done in 2.5 hrs., and that's pulling the pin on every green and actualy reading the green. That's what golf should be. I was warned by the pro shop that during high tide I might see excess water, but I didn't even notice. The Greens were in great shape, some of the best ive seen this summer.

Been playing the Links for years. Course was ravaged by Sandy and was slow to recover. Was glad to see that course has been given some TLC. Greens were in great shape. Keep up the good work!

Worth the Challenge
Playing this course for the first time. Was a challenge
to play with the beauty of a links course by the bay. Watch out for some wind and some homes by the bay in challenging your accuracy. Got this course at a great
rate but would pay more for the enjoyment. Definitely
worth the challenge!

Great local's course...
I was staying with my wifes family about a mile away so the course was very convenient to play for me. I purchased with teh deal of the day for 30 dollars, which is not a bad deal, especially since the area's golf is expensive. The course was in better shape than 2 years ago, but not "pristine". It may sound unfair, but most of it had to do with the condition the players left it in, The greens are actually fairly nice, slower than what i'm used to, but nice. Unfortunately it sees a lot of vacation play where people leave their etiquette at home and do not fix spike marks, sand their divots on the teebox or the fairway. I thoroughly enjoyed my round, had a blast with the 3 I was paired up with, and had a nice discussion with the starter. I have played here before and will again next time i'm down.

They desperately need a marshal!!
I try to play the course each summer fall when up this way. I've never seen a marshal or anyone on the course. Group in front were at least two holes behind, were throwing their clubs and actually driving carts on greens. I felt for the course super who is very nice and friendly and tries to keep the greens the best in at shore. The greens were torn up from spike marks and no one fixes their divots there. Again I feel for the course super who was talking bout these issues prior to my round. It's a great deal with golf now app but .....,

Course was in good shape, greens were in excellent shape. Staff was very friendly, good sales in the pro shop. Haven't played course in a few years, it was nice to get back to play it.

green maintenance was excellent. but, tee box and fairway are so bad.

Unprofessional employee in pro shop
12:56 tee time arrived at 10:40 to entertain my guest from out of town,Asked the the man behind the desk if we could tee off early.His response was You have a cheap rate with golf now and you will have to wait till 12:56.Ok so we left and ate lunch at a place on the beach and came back at 12:40.We asked if there was water on the course to drink. His response when asked twice was You can get your drinks at the bar before you go out.All we wanted to know was is there drinking water on the course.By the way yes there was.We found this person to be rude. As far as the course is concerned greens in great shape however the fairways need some attention.

Fairways are in need of work. Greens are in great condition. Course is in a beach setting. Interesting layout. Golf Now price is right price for course. Would play again.

Slow Saturday round of golf
It took 3.5 Hours to play the front nine alone . There was no starter and no rangers to be found on the course When we mentioned the backup to the 'cart guy' he said there was nothing he could do. Backup was caused by a six some who went off at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon ! Also no clubhouse beverage service due to a weedding in the restaurant.

Great Course
This was a great to course to play on. It was pretty difficult to differentiate between the fairway and the rough from the tee. The food cart only had 3 bags of chips on it and nothing else. From the golf perspective I was never waiting to tee off, the course flows very well, and I look forward to playing at it again in the future.

Coursing great shape
The course was in very good condition the greens were excellent finished around of golf in less than three hours with three people

If you can play it at a discount rate it's just par ok
If you can get a discounted tee time at 40 dollars or cheaper it's ok. There are many courses within a 25 mile area that are better and less expensive. Staff was stuffy to say the least. Got the feeling that they were doing me a favor letting me play there. Keep in mind we pay your mortgage. With that said course was in good condition the Rangers were rushing us and wanted us to let people play thur 3 times. With the exception of the other three golfers the course was pretty empty maybe 14 people total. The green flys will kill you so bring bug spray. As stated for $40.00 dollars or less worth a round.

The tee time management was average at best.
The pro shop staff gave us a quick hello and said
" I know you have tee time in half hour but you can go now, if want"... Thats all he said... He didn't say welcome or tell us about facilty or course or where practice area might be located."
We practice some putting and then when we went to start there was a single player who jump on ahead of us and then another single player who drove his cart right up behind us as we were on the tee box of first whole. Very unorganized. Also, the weather was sunny and warm, but there were nasty Horse-flys all over throughout the round. We would not return to this course again, even if it was free.
Course in good condition
Found course in good condition. Greens fairways bunkers well maintained. Tees somewhat worn but not terrible. pace of play good. Enjoyable round of golf.

Expected better course for the$$
Played with my husband and I n a trip to Atlantic city. Course looked nice from the pictures, but we're a disappointment in person. While it wasn't a terrible course, it wasn't worth what we paid.
