Brigantine Golf Links
About
The public, 18-hole golf course at Brigantine Golf Links is not only beautiful scenery and a great game it is also a National Audubon Sanctuary. Its layout has roots in Scottish golfing tradition. The golf course utilizes the natural environment featuring a softly rolling terrain and marshes as well as gorgeous bay views.
Like traditional Scottish Links courses, Brigantine is marked by nearly tree-less greens and the type of shot to take often depends on the wind. There are powerful sea breezes that affect the shots and bunkers that make for an interesting game. The smooth, rolling greens encourage a bump-and-run strategy. The scenic course's location close to the Atlantic City boardwalk and the challenging, but fun game it offers make it popular among tourists and locals of all skill levels.

Not bad for this time of year
A would like to try in the summer. Pretty good for the off season. SUPER windy on the water yet you can still score.
Links at Brig
Very nice course that winds through neighborhoods in Brigantine. Greens were excellent. Will definately go back
This course was great to play with a GPS!
The Links at Brigantine course was challenging but not overly
so. Hole number 17 was our favorite. We would play there again.
Fast country club greens. Well bunkered holes. I am a 13 handicap but shot a 91.
Really enjoy this course. Very visually appealing and challenging to play. I recommend this course.
Good round of golf
Great layout, greens were in great shape, many holes offered challenging difficulties.
Great design, great condition
Rarely, to never, review a course unless really bad or really good. This was a really good. Maybe best value ever, though I did steal a tee time for $13. It is worth much more.
Nice course
1st time here and will be back next year, thanks to the 3 elderly gentleman, Bob,Jim and Bill. who let me play along. The course was nice and the wind was calm,we'll be back next year
Would not suggest paying over $75 per round in the afternoon
Course does not offer a range or much of a practice facility. The course is very flat but offers great views.
Great mid-day fall round
The Links at Brigantine are a wonderful course. While the layout is open, the wind off of the Bay presents a multitude of challenges. I played 36 holes on two consecutive days and there was a significant difference between the rounds due to the weather conditions.
Great layout
The course had some difficult features to it, the rough was hard to find golf balls but the course was a blast to play, being from South Carolina it's nice to see some fast greens
Greens are in great shape. Good variety of holes.
Course is always enjoyable. Some very challenging holes, others less challenging. Excellent par 3's. Reachable par 5's.
Conditioning is now quite good, particularly when considering impact of Sandy last year.
Golf by the beach and thru the neighborhood
A decent track. I was hoping for more of a links golf feel and for more views of the bay or beach. Instead I got more views of the neighborhood (On one hole on the back-9, I think I was almost completely surrounded by houses.). Greens were in beautiful condition, but fairways & tees just fair.
A good value at the $37 price I paid.
I liked the overall layout of the course!
Scheduled a tee time for 10:30 on Labor Day by myself! The on duty starter told me he didn't have a group for me to join so I could go out whenever or wait til 11:00 when he had a threesome scheduled. So I putted on the practice green until an older gentleman approached me and asked me if I wanted to join their group of 3? I said sure and thanked him. Come to find out he was the off duty starter and he proceeded to show me the ins and outs of his fine course! I had a very enjoyable game with his group on his challenging yet very getable course! I wish all of the courses were as friendly as them! Thanks to Tom Jim and Joe!
A few dog legs, water hazards and elevations. What else can you ask for?

Good Course - Bring the bug spray
Good course set up. It was in good condition. Bugs were really bad, had these things called Green Heads and bug spray did nothing to keep them off.
Challenging layout, course management recommended.
The overall condition was average. The fairways need a lot of attention but the greens were in pristine condition. The bunkers were raked and manicured on the first couple of holes but needed attention on the other 15 holes. We liked the course and will definitely play it again!
Need a lot of TLC ! Poor conditions.
I would not recommend this course to anyone. The course is in poor conditions. Green are extremely slow 7 to 8 max. and long. Course would require a lot of maintenance. Rough was terrible with tons of weeds. I paid $ 35.00 and it was too much money for the quality of the green and fairway. Would have expected a lot more.
Challenging Course, Needs Some Improvement from Storm
The layout of the course is fairly easy, but you are almost unfairly penalized for any ball that misses the fairway. I lost 6 balls during my round that were just off the fairway because the rough was so deep you simply could not find your ball unless you literally walked on top of it.
If the course were better groomed, it would be a must play course. However, Sandy took her toll and while the course is very playable, any average or beginner player would be well advised to avoid this course for the time being. If they do choose to play it, go get some re circulated golf balls because you will lose a ton of balls if you are not in the fairway on every play.
Placement is key here. Back off the driver and hit whatever you can to keep you in the middle of the fairway. Virtually every shot I took off the fairway I was able to put into position to score, but they were far and few between. An average player is just as likely to get a par or bogey as they are a snowman.
Great deal for $35!!!
Except for the flies, it was a great day. Course still needs some fixing after the hurricane, but overall in good condition
