About
The public, 18-hole golf course at Brigantine Golf Links is not only beautiful scenery and a great game it is also a National Audubon Sanctuary. Its layout has roots in Scottish golfing tradition. The golf course utilizes the natural environment featuring a softly rolling terrain and marshes as well as gorgeous bay views.
Like traditional Scottish Links courses, Brigantine is marked by nearly tree-less greens and the type of shot to take often depends on the wind. There are powerful sea breezes that affect the shots and bunkers that make for an interesting game. The smooth, rolling greens encourage a bump-and-run strategy. The scenic course's location close to the Atlantic City boardwalk and the challenging, but fun game it offers make it popular among tourists and locals of all skill levels.

Go play
Course was in good condition. Did have some brown spot on tee boxes and fairways. But have the course we’re saltwater flood the fairway and kills the grass. Definitely a course you want to play. The pace is normally good.
We have a foursome in front of us that placed very slow. They even left their club by the green 7 times and one time was a wedge, putter and cover. I was returning them all day.

Brigantine. Not worth price
Greens are ok. Fairways and tee boxes need a lot of work. Not worth more than $40

Good walk. Excellent greens. Some tee boxes and fairways need serious attention. It's good playing with someone who knows the course! I'll be back.

Disappointed
Beth attribute was the greens, a little fluffy but not slow. Lots of ill-repair on the fairways. If you don’t bring food and drink, you’re stuck. The “third party “ food service was closed. The guy at the front desk was a bit unfriendly. The handicap stall (men’ bathroom) seat was missing, well actually on the floor. Worse than a bad rest stop

Nice Course, Enjoyed it (Bring Bug Spray)
Enjoyed the course, played very nicely.. Pace of play was excellent.. Only issue was the mosquito's were horrible.. Forgot my bug spray in my truck and my first 9 holes were horrible, to the point I was ready to leave.. After I got my spray on, the back 9 played awesome. Course has good mixture of tight and open fairways..
Only suggestions is maybe a few more bathrooms (port o johns) on the course. Other then that, enjoyed it and will definitely play again.

Great Course
This is a unique course layout that you don't find a lot in NJ. It definitely has a shore feel and was fun to play. I will definitely be playing there again.

Swamp n Green flies
Very wet an the green flies are terrible. It's a shame because it's a pretty nice course, just not maintained well. Value for the money was not worth it, a lot of nicer maintained courses in the area to play.

Not worth the price of admission
We were the second scheduled tee time on a Sunday morning (7:08). We pulled up and there was only 1 employee doing everything (carts, pro shop, starter). The greens were very wet early morning and not rolled. There was no grounds crew working. The rough has lots of crab grass. The boxes were chewed up on most holes. Many ball marks left in greens (I don’t fault facility for that). Given the cost of golf these days $90 doesn’t seem terrible, but there are better options within 30 minutes.

I’ve seen the course in better shape
I play this course almost every time I’m in the AC area. The course has always been great. But not this time. Course was very muddy Fairways and tee boxes were pretty beat up. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Just Ok
Course was very wet but hadn’t rained in days. Fairways were run down in areas that were just mud. Greens were fast and beautiful. For the money not bad but course needs some work.
