About
Located just 35 minutes from Cleveland, Little Mountain Country Club in Concord is known throughout the area for its bunkers. Deep hardly begins to describe them and they border both the greensides and fairways. Although the cavernous bunkers are challenging, they are strategically placed to provide a challenge for better golfers but there is still ample room for less advanced players. The intimidatingly steep walls go as deep as 20 feet below the putting surface, they are enough to scare even the most seasoned golfers. The layout has diverse mix of holes that require the use of all the clubs in your bag. Little Mountain Country Club finishes with a dramatic par 4 that is one of the golf course's most difficult holes. The five-star-rated Little Mountain is well worth the two-hour drive from Pittsburgh or Columbus.

Little mountain
First time playing here-we LOVED the course-plays and feels like a resort-great layout not long but precise-deep sand traps!-we will definitely play again
Bad greens
Call the course before you play. At least 4 greens were temporary and set up in the approach of the regular green. Many other greens were only half useable. If I had to pay full price I would have wanted a refund. Until the greens have recovered I can not recommend playing this course.

Improved course - but!
I played Kittle mountain for the fourth time this year and was really pleased to see that the temporary greens were all gone. There is still damage to the greens but they are improving. I played as a single and was paired with two guys who were really fun to play with. Both were good golfers - much younger than me but we had spirited competition. The only problem was we were behind a terrible threesome. Only one could play golf. The other two just hacked away taking way too much time time to play. One of them even wore flip- flops instead of golf shoes. It took us 4 1/2 hours to play 18. Without this group we would have been done in 3 hours with a lot less frustration. My suggestion to the course is to state and enforce a dress code which would filter out non players such as these.
I will go back back but just hope not to have to follow such rank amateurs on a good course such as this.

Greens are destroyed and completely ruined the day.

Below Expectations
We've played Little Mountain several times and always look forward to it. Today was different. The greens were inconsistent and bumpy and just not in good shape. The bunkers were also well below standard. My son's ball came to rest against a 5lb rock in one green side bunker.
Greens and bunkers need a lot of work before we visit again.

On the way to recovery
The greens are still feeling the effects of the winter thaws but have greatly improved just from last week when we played here.

Great Course especially if you book on their website
Got a great deal booking on their website/GolfNow. Course was in great shape except a couple of green were a bit bumpy but I could tell they were working on bring them back after the tough winter. Only drawback was the time it took to play, almost a 5 hour round as it seemed they let some afternoon players start on 10 and when we made the turn there were 12 people waiting at the 10th tee box.
Amazing course I will definitely play as often as I can!

Nice Course, greens need work
Nice course and layout. Got a good deal online however some of the greens were horrible, some good. It was tough to play because one green would be extremely slow and messed up and the next fast as lightning.

This golf course was great but the greens were being brought back to life after dying I guess. Be prepared to have all kinds of different speed putts that's all.

Nice course for the money there still has some greens in somewhat bad shape but they are working on it if you like long par 4 s play the back they also have gps on the cart

SOME OF THE GREENS WHERE NOT IN PLAY. FAIRWAY HAD STICK IN HOLE FOR THE GREEN. WHAT FEW GREENS THAT WERE NOT DAMAGED WHERE NOT TO BAD. Terrible greens
Not sure what happened but I would not recommend playing here this year. 12 of 18 greens unplayable as they are temporary or under repair and longer than the fairway grass! Practice green not available either and bunkers are rock hard! Gorgeous fairways, beautiful views and great course layout but not worth the money until they repair the greens!

What a shame
Course has gone down the pits. I understand they have had issues this winter with the greens. However, this place shouldn't even be letting golfer play. The greens are like carpet. 3 fake greens on the front 9 alone. The place in General is just broken down. Very sad.

This course needs all of its greens repaired
This course is under repair and should not charge much more tha cart rental.It has gone from a (10) four years ago to a (2) now. I hope that it is restored to the course it once was.

Sad shape
This course is in sad shape. Apparently it has not recovered from the brutal winter but someone should lose their job for how bad it is. I have seen other courses in much better condition this year. It is an incredible course with great facilities and beautiful setting but it is not showing well today because it is in terrible playing condition . The greens are bad and thatcan be a function of the winter and spring but the bunkers and the general upkeep including piles of materials just sitting all over the place. Very disappointing

LMCC
This course is nowhere near the 5star that it's claiming to be! It used to be very nice, but in recent years, they've definitely let it go. Washed out bunkers, 1 is totally gone and just a mud pit, I mean how hard is it to keep some sand in it, there were quite a few "temporary" greens too, which they should inform you about before you drive all the way out there!!! It's still got pretty nice fairways and tee boxes for the most part, but with everything else going on there, I def won't be back anytime soon! Sorry Jimmy Hanlin, just please don't ever let this happen to Stonewater:)

This course used to be beautiful. Just look at their website. These days, it looks nothing like that. The greens are extremely disappointing.

Green's
A few of the Greens were terrible. They appear to be damaged or (Disease!)
Someone should have notified the starter to warn us as a courtesy. We approached temporary greens and half cut greens with no warning. The on cart GPS was not helpful in these situations!
