Great course, challenging and difficult to put and chip on.
Easy to drive, but approach shots are difficult. Sand traps were in excellent shape, something most golf courses do not maintain if public.
Really enjoyed playing the course for the first time.
You have to stay out of the rough were conditions are not the best. The fairways are in superb condition!
The course was in fantastic
The course was in great shape. They just rolled the greens. Running a 12 or 13. Challenging layout. A practice facility. The concessions were opens. Great overall experience.

I was told water was available in a cooler every 3 holes. They were all empty and they new they were empty. Beverage cart had no bottled water. Don't know what they are doing.
Course has nice variety regarding layout of holes.
I recommend Walden Pond. Course was in good shape, nice variety, enough hazards to present challenges. Sand traps were maintained very well. Staff was professional, courteous.
Above Average Course
Very Pretty Course with some easy and some very challenging holes. If you avoid the bunkers you can score very well on this course. Course is in great shape minus a few holes where geese have run rampant. Definitely would recommend it especially if you get a hot deal from Golf Now.
Simply the best public course in Cincinnati
Well maintained and challenging course. Reasonable cost and decent pace of play. I have played just about all the Cincy courses and Walden Ponds easily rates in top 3.
Other than slow play, had a great experience.
Greens are fast and true. Overall course is in great shape.
Love the course layout and inviting fairways. Pace of play is an issue often.
The course was in excellent condition... greens were smooth and fast, probably running a 12 on 7/13.
There were several marshals on the course, but they could not seem to get playing moving. We had a 5+ hour round with an 8am tee time. The group in front of us were playing the blue tees and more often than not, they did not reach the front of the fairway with their drives. The marshals should have been moved them up to the white tees. Pace of play was very frustrating... WHILE WE'RE YOUNG!
Very windy day, and still had fun
This is one of my favorite courses in the area. Fairways and greens are always in go shape. Nice driving rage, putting and chipping green. Staff is friendly and helpful. They need an in between tee box. You play 6400 yds. or 5,800. It would be nice if there was a 6,100 for us older guys. I do recommend and will play again.

The course is in great condition, greens are running fast, a little more expensive than other area courses.
Great Course for mid to low handicap
This was by far the best course I have had the pleasure of playing so far. Great scenery and the bent grass on the tee boxes, fairways and greens were in great shape. I got to play for only $29 because of golfnow.com which was a nice surprise. Also a great place to find some extra balls if u have nobody behind you.
Walden's in great shape
While some of the bunkers have a little too much sand and some nice sized rocks in them, the course really is in great shape. Grounds crew has been working hard to get it back to one of the best layouts in the city and it shows.
The course was challenging, but fair.
We had great weather, and the course was in great shape. The greens were fast, consistent, and true. The staff was extremely cordial. I'd definitely play it again.
Fathers day
The nicest course i have ever played for 27 bucks. Golfnow.com ROCKS and they even paired us with nice people that play fast.
Full layout in very good condition
Always a great course. Greens are in very good shape, rough was thick but not too difficult to hit from. Pace of play was a little slow, but not too bad for a weekend.
Course in great shape
This is a nice course and is in very good shape, especially this early in the season. Staff was extremely friendly, even gave a guy in our group two two-packs of brand new balls to try (from his personal collection, not off the rack from the pro shop).
Great Course!!
I thought the course was in great shape and I appreciate that they offer the pre-paid tee times for a 50% discount. I travelled 1.5 hours away to play this course and were it not for golfnow, i doubt I would have made the trip.

This is one of my favorite golf courses in the area! The back nine in my opinion is better than the front nine!
Good value
The course was in pretty good shape for the time of year. The greens were a bit bumpy once the course dried out but would be the only complaint I have. Good value overall
