Loch Nairn Golf Course

Went on Rockbottomgolf.com and booked a tee time. It had been a while since I had played L.N.. A slight issue when I arrived. The cost I paid on line did not include a cart...and that was not clear up front. They need to get that corrected. I worked out an arrangement with the staff and played my round. Great day for golf. Course was in pretty good shape. A few greens needed some repair, but overall it was worth the money I spent

I like that i was able to walk which i prefer and had the option to play 9 or 18 holes.

Open layout as well as challenging.

Will be back.

One of my favorite courses. Can be trouble but only lost 2 balls. Greens are tough. Was on the green in regulation on 14 holes, not one birdie and a bunch of bogies. Fairways, greens in great condition. You can see the wear on the tee boxes, especially on 8. All in all a very good course, on a beautiful day. Nothing better.

Wonderful shot makers course which I found really fun to play. You beginners and hacks will lose all your balls as course is tight and trouble abound. Greens putt well and in good shape. Staff wonderful, and bathroom is the CLEANEST ON THE PLANET!! Try it out and good luck.

I called ahead to make sure that the 4 of us could each have separate carts, as we believe in the need for social distancing at this time, and we each drive separate cars for golf, even though the course is about 50 minutes from our homes. We were given separate carts, but just prior to teeing off, an employee came up to us and told us that they now need us to have 2 golfers/cart. I explained the situation, but he was extremely rude, and told us that we would have to leave the course, unless we changed to 2 golfers/cart. We reluctantly agreed, wore masks while driving in the cart, which made for a less than pleasant golfing experience.

The course was in great shape overall except the tee boxes were worn. Loch Nairn took Safety precautions before, during, and after the round.

I play this course often. Decently priced and not too challenging. Could use some repair especially the tee boxes and cart paths. Restaurant and bar is really good.

It does not appear to be the fault of the course people ( but maybe it is) but when our round ended after teeing off on the fifth hole due to lightning,, one of the players with me was given a pro-rated refund when he shouldn’t have been charged at all since I booked the foursome and paid for it ( albeit on a Hot Deal) in advance and when I asked for a refund, I was referred beck to Golf Now who has zero human beings either answering phones or responding via the “ Chat Now” techie drop down window and my entire $109.96 is now lost due the the Golf Now policy of no refunds or rain checks after the round has begun.

I don’t think I’ll be using the Golf Now app to make any reservations any time soon and will certainly be sharing this exercise in frustration with several golfer friends in the near future.

Someone, either at the course ( since they did get paid) or at Golf Now should have had a more consumer friendly response. Very disappointed.

Unfair for me to give a poor review in these times where everything has been shut down. Course needs irrigation. Fairways rock hard with little grass. Layout is ok. Worth playing just to get out.

Walked with a push cart in 3 hours and 20 minutes. Some great holes and plenty of trouble if inaccurate

Love playing Loch Narin. Good location, friendly staff, course can get a bit swampy on the front 9 but overall great course.

Course ran out of golf carts. Started 30 minutes late. Course crowded on a beautiful Jan day. Muddy but to be expected. All in all great to get out after about 2 months.
