About
Brunswick Plantation & Golf Resort is a 27-hole layout located in the fishing village of Calabash, North Carolina, abut 20 minutes north of Myrtle Beach.
It has three distinct nines: the Magnolia, Azalea and Dogwood. On all nines, you need to hit the ball straight off the tee, taking care of the fairway bunkers, some of which are fairly high-lipped. The course has quick, bent-grass greens, moderately large, and lush, well-tended fairways set amidst tall, Carolina pines.
On the magnolia course, there are water holes, and the course is heavily mounded and bunkered.

A nice golf course to play.
One of our favorite courses. We can see that the new ownership of the course has improved the course conditioning. The three 9 nines are always fun to play..

Terrain en bonne condition, très belle amélioration au cours des 4 dernières années.
Pace of play
We had an early pm time. Only caught group in front on 16.Never saw the group behind. We played in 4 hours
Not Worth the Money
Greens were absolutely horrible. Fairways were in very poor condition and tee boxes real bad. Construction all over the course. Hundreds of homes and condos being built. Hopefully they will put some investment in the course.
Great day
Conditions were very good. Pace of play average. 4 hrs 10. Very good over all.
Bunkers need work
Course was in great shape except for the bunkers they need work

Great course on a beautiful community. The Azaleas blooming made it perfect. Everything about this course was great. Greens fast and rolled true. Highly recommended you play here.
