About
Olde Point Golf & Country Club sprawls across a rolling landscape covered with mature trees, sparkling blue lakes, and meandering streams. Native vegetation is abundant across the gentle hills. It is a course that is both scenic and challenging. Built in 1975, it opened to the public a year later although members enjoy guaranteed tee times. The many water features all over the course come into play frequently and there are also strategically placed bunkers lurking beside the greens. The doglegs are no easy feat either. From the championship tees, the golf course is a formidable test that requires well placed shots but the three other tees provide a gentler game that is more approachable for beginners. In addition to the golf course, Olde Point also has a grass driving range as well as chipping and putting greens.

Great course
The staff was super nice. The pace of play was great no problems. The course itself was super nice and great conditions. The greens were a little slow and soft but it rained the day before so no complaints

and the whole coaesw was to wet to play because it was down pouring on different time of our round,,

Great bang for your buck
The course for the price is in great condition for the price! The staff were super friendly and personable. Few patchy spots on the course but for the price it’s a great value! Would definitely recommend!
Good value for the money.
The course is in generally good shape with the exception of the tee boxes that hadn’t been cut or overseeded in quite some time. Fairways and greens were in great shape
Midafternoon play
Only the two of us out there due to heat but was a great breeze. Cours good shape. Greens slower than usual due to length but good shape

Olde Point Pretty good for the price.
Layout is nice. With the two 5s and 3sfor par 72. It's a little dated and some holes are tight. The courses condition is overall decent. Spotty burnout spots on greens and many of the tea boxes are pretty burned up. The greens are slow so if you're not close to a hole you better hit the ball. I'll play it again for 18 holes at $40. Don't think I would drive the distance I drive, 30 MI, if it were a $50.
Nice layout!!!
My son and I played here for first time and had a great time. Course was still recovering from recent aeration but greens rolled true (on the slow side) but other than that was a fun day!!
Tough Track, good for the money.
The course has a nice old school country club feel with classic Carolina golf vibes. The layout is fun and exciting. Greens are slow and unpredictable most of the time due to course conditions. Very sandy in some places but for $35 per person well worth the money. The 19th hole is phenomenal and the staff is very friendly. Slope of 136 from the tips (blue here) seems accurate. 8.7/10 overall. Mow your greens.

Fairways very nice.. tee boxes worse then fairways . Greens have potential but cut so long it he greens very very slow and bumpy.
Cut the Grass
Fairways, greens, and roughs needed cut. Greens are healthy, but were as tall as fairways. Most of the rough was at least a club up.

A very good and challenging course. The dog legs are tough. Nice
Quality of course
Tee boxes are very uneven. Hard to find a spot on most tee’s, to tee off from. Some fairways are just bad. Hole 10, middle of fairway is just awful.
