The Club at Brookstone

The course and staff were great as were the greens, tee boxes and fairways but the rough is straight out of a horror movie. The rough was trimmed out nice but it was soon deep and fluffy. As a single golfer I lost like 3 balls that just rolled out of the fairway and disappeared, never to be seen again. All and all I really love this course, just stay in the fairway and you'll have no problems and will have a great time. And the Trackman monitors in every driving range bay is just icing on the cake to help hone in your distances before your round.

Terrible management of course. Owner/ starter continually puts in players. Find an opening is the key phrase here. No time management at all. 5 hours 30 minutes to play a round. Complained after three holes. Made the turn and there were 3 new groups in front of us. All about getting a green fee.

The ranger is absolutely worthless. Instead of finding a solution he blames others. Needs to get off his rear end. Will never return…….

They book all the tee times entirely too close. They are 8 minutes apart. There's no way for golfers can play a hole in 8 minutes. So it makes a piece of play entirely too long. Yesterday we were almost an hour behind time and waiting on every tee shot. We even had somebody hit into us . I've played the course twice and that has happened twice . I don't take lightly to being hit into and next time there will be a price to pay. I haven't experienced it but I've been told that sometimes they have players going off number one and number 10. There is absolutely no way to enjoy around of golf that is true. And then there's people that come out there and spit sunflower seeds on the greens.

Absolutely the worst golf experience I’ve had in years. The staff at The Club at Brookstone have no idea how to treat paying customers, and the management clearly doesn’t care.

We were ahead of schedule by 16 minutes, yet they still forced us to let three groups play through. Then, after making us wait a total of 40 minutes, they had the nerve to repeatedly message us to “play faster.” How does that make any sense? They cause the delay, then blame us for it.

To make matters worse, the grounds crew was incredibly rude — no courtesy, no respect, just attitude. It felt like they wanted us off the course the entire time. Instead of creating an enjoyable experience, the staff went out of their way to make sure it was miserable.

This course could have potential, but with management this clueless and employees this unprofessional, it’s a complete waste of time and money. There are too many other places to play in the area — don’t bother with Brookstone.

My only complaint would be slow play, but there was a fraternity outing so what are you gonna do? At least I was able to play

I love the course. The greens were hard to read but that's my problem. I played in the afternoon and I guess when they recycle carts they don't change scorecards. When I finished number one I got to the second Tee Box the card on my cart had been used already. And there was a group of teenagers behind us that actually hit into us. I don't think they realize golf is a gentleman's sport, but hitting into someone will get you hurt!

I wanted to book a golf event for my company and the GM of the course (white haired guy) acted like they dont do that and the owners are out of town. He acted like they dont care about stuff like that.

Loved everything about this course. Driving range was best I’ve ever been to at a course. The course itself was fun. Already booked my round for next week.

Course conditions were not quite as good as normal but it has been hot with little rain so that is not surprising. Still a great course that is fun to play.

Great course to play and specially on a Tuesday with dollar beers... and replay for 20 bucks... played 36 holes and not slow at all... great people and great course... play here whenever in town...thanks guys... will be back soon...

During a busy morning of golfers pulling in at The Club, the staff was prepared and moving players out to the tee boxes with great efficiency and courtesy.

I unfortunately left an item on my golf cart after completing a round. It was graciously accounted for and held by the staff until I could get back to recover it.

Really enjoyed this course. Great conditions, no issues with pace of play, awesome range, mini golf and the restaurant was good too!
