Great staff, good conditions, enjoyable experience
Fort Mill is my where I play most of my golf. I continue to be impressed. Despite heavy play and a hot dry summer the staff has maintained excellent playing conditions. The golf shop staff is professional and always makes you feel welcome.

This was a very nice round. The front is Donald Ross and plays like his layouts. The back...? Great location and a good value.

Great Donald Ross Layout
Tee to green golf course was in excellent condition. Greens were not exceptionally fast but rolled smooth and true. The only course i have ever played that makes you hit precision shots off the tee. Typical Donald Ross design great layout. Would highly recommend this course to anyone.

Pleasantly surprised
For the price, I was pleasantly surprised with Fort Mill golf club. I love the old-school vibe on this beautiful property. Overall, conditions were pretty good. The greens were rolling very nice. It gets a little rough away from the fairways but not too bad. Overall, a very good value and a very good experience. I will be coming back.

Hidden gem
The course was in great shape. The fairways and greens were nice. Some wholes challenged your shot making ability. The course was pretty open but some wholes were placement shot holes. Nice clubhouse and grill. Staff was also nice. Pretty nice practice area as well. I'll definitely be back.

Great Place to Play
Played there on a Saturday. 4 hours for the round. Course was in fantastic shape. Greens were fast and true. Will definitely be going back.

FMGC Never Fails
I’ve played FM many many many times and it is always in great condition. First time
I’ve been in a year or more but never fails. Especially for the cost. Did not fail today. Tees, fairways, roughs and greens all looked great. Little to no unplayable areas which is a lot in the middle of july when we get days of drought then torrential downpours. Started a little early (tee time at 1236), didn’t have to wait at all until the 13th or 14th hole. Great round,

Overall course experience
Overall experience was really good.. The greens and fairway were in good shape. Golf Carts were clean and in good shape. The staff were pleasant and helpful.. I plan to return in the future.
