Must have been alotta rain the night b4

I hate landing in the middle of the fairway but finding myself in a mud pack

Bunkers were mud traps instead of sand traps

The course was in nice shape. Some drainage issues on a couple of holes. The greens are small and quite challenging to read on some holes. It was scorching hot and I would recommend taking a lot of drinks with you because It seemed that I could rarely find a water hole.

Greens were very good considering they were just punched. Some tees were dry and a little firm. Talked to two guys working in heads, they said they were having some irrigation issues with heads on the tees. That would explain alot. Fairways were in good shape. Didn't see any weeds at all. The bunkers that I did hit in were in good shape. Had a good time.

Paid for 18 but could only play 9. There was a women's league with 9 foursomes ahead of me. I should have gone off the back but was not told to do so. I waited 20 minutes on a par 3. At the turn, there were 4 foursomes on the tee. Asked the pro shop for a rain check but was told since it's golf now there was nothing he could do. Very disappointing.

Course in great shape, greens very fast. Quit after 11 holes , were on pace for a 5:45 round. Too slow here on weekends.

The course is challenging, especially the Par 3's. Pace of play was good and the staff is very friendly. Couple of tee boxes need attention, but rest of course is in good shape.

My experience from the minute I walked in to.thenpro shop was great. David was great to talk to, and answered all my questions. The course was so.much better from the last time I played. The warm weather is really helping the grass to.come in. The greens are the best around. Smooth, true and fast. Thanks for the great time.

Course is getting g better and better every week I play. The warm weather coming up will definitely help the fairways with there continued growrth. Really haven't had any Bermuda grass growing weather yet. Need those 70 degree nights and 90 degree daytime temps. Great course.

Fairways are disappointing as they have yet to really come out. Unusual for Fort Mill and wet winter probably had much to do with that. Greens OK, several tee boxes have been prepped to receive new sod. Probably worst shape Fort mill has been in for years {Hurricane Hugo] but still playable and will be fine soon.

Did rain all day but fairways were a mess regardless, lots of rough patches. Greens are nice but doesn’t make up for the fairways. Probably last time playing there. Can fine courses for cheaper and better value

Great course. Just needs a few weeks of warm weather during g the day and night to make the rest of the Bermuda pop.

In worse shape since my last visit - not one good lie anywhere to be found!

Why are courses like Edgewater and Eagle Chase in such fine condition this time of year while Fort Mill is actually in the worst shape I can remember it in 3 years?

I love this place and want it to be green and fluffy like it used to be.

Disappointing course. Greens were fantastic, but there’s virtually no grass in the fairways and the bunkers are terribly inconsistent. Quirky layout forces you to shape the shots on almost every hole, with tons of blind shots. Lots of more enjoyable courses in the area.
