About
Village Greens Golf Club sprawls across over 100 acres of what used to be farmland situated between Inman and Gramling. Remnants of the old farm can be seen throughout the course, including pear trees from the original orchard that line the 10th fairway. When the golf course was built in 1969, many new trees were planted but much care was taken so as not to obstruct the view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, providing nearly every hole with views that stretch from Glassy Mountain to Chimney Rock. The layout has a classic design that is playable for a wide range of skill levels. Sparkling lakes and ponds accent the landscape, coming into play on a few holes. Village Greens Golf Club's most memorable water hole is the course's signature sixth. This short par 3 features a semi-island green that is surrounded by water on two sides, along with three bunkers and out-of-bounds on the right.

Great course
Really good round. Joined up with a twosome and learned some more info about the course for Mondays and Wednesdays.

Great Challenging Course
We feed off on white tee. It is short but very challenging. The fairway and the greens are well maintained.

Awesome time
Staff was supper friendly. The course was in great shape greens had a few spots but wasn't unsuitable at all. I fell in love with this course definately a place to come back too.

Great little course
Hit a lot of 3 woods off the tee not a long tract. Course was in great shape. 18 needs a Redesign not a fan of driver wedge wedge on par 5s

Nice tract
Played on vacation and found a pleasant surprise. Good value for the money and nice course. Very picturesque with giant trees and enough water. Greens very receptive to approach shots but a bit slow putting.

Green at Village Greens
The course was nice, the green fairways are beautiful, aerating right now so greens are a little sandy, just had to putt a little stronger, shot my lowest score at this club today!!

Fun course
Course was fun. Nice and challenging layout. They were busy, so there was a little push and be pushed . Over all was a good day of golf for me and the wife. Remember it's called a leisure sport. If you have to wait a bit relax and talk to the people your with and enjoy the day.

This was our first time out this year because of the coronavirus. We were a little apprehensive but the precautions put in place were perfect.
We even had lunch and the food was amazing. Kudos to the staff at Village Greens!

Fair test
Let's start with the greens,if you dont like tournament ready greens then this course is not for you they are true and the speed any decent golfer should love.Fairways are in ok shape, tees are in ok shape.Negatives,well the negative I should say is the atrocious cart paths . Definitely recommend this course.

Nice Golf Course
Everything was nice, all the signs say no personal coolers but they don’t have any to give you so I always bring my own, always wonder if someone is going to question it. I always have water and gator aid for these hot days.i
