Enjoyable
I enjoy the course. There are limited options in the area, so it is a compliment to the staff that they are courteous and friendly. The course continues to be kept in good shape.
Challenging but fair
Always a good challenging round at Golden Hills, but fair. Greens rolled great. Be sure you put yourself in the right spot otherwise you have a tricky putt for all the humps and bumps.
The layout of this course is beautiful
This course is challenging, but fair. The greens were really fast the day we played. Being on in regulation does not guarantee a par, especially depending upon where you are on the green.
Fun Course tough greens
We played as a three some in under 4 hrs. on this gem of a shorter course. The course was in very good condition, however, the greens and surrounds are some of the toughest challenges I have played in a long time. The greens were in perfect shape but playing them for the first time was nothing less then just plain hard! Loved It! Will definitely play here many more times in the future.
Golden hills
course kicked my BUTT wouldnt let me as the a word fairways are great! Roughs are thick... greens are tough if you want a close to home US Open experience come try this one out... a couple greens, fairways, and cart paths need work... and had a bum cart that had trouble getting gas to the engine at some points.
Golden Hills
Had a great time. My game was terrible but course conditions were excellent. Played solo between a twosome and a foursome. Played in 3.5 hours. Great time!!
