Pleasently Surprised
After reading some negative reviews my buddy and I decided to give it a chance, glad we did. While the fairways take some of the hits of being on the shore they were fine. Greens were very good. Flew around front nine but we were disappointed to see a five some in front of us on 10. Still played course in 4 hours. Will be back and hopefully no groups of 5

Not sure what's going on with the other poor reviews. Seems alot of the bad reviews were for insignificant reasons. We were very pleased with this course. Greens rolled great, fairways were nice and pace of play was not an issue. Would recommend anyone to play here. Will be back.

Needs more attention
This course is in a perfect location, beautiful view, clean the greens and put money into your tee boxes and fairways. Then you can charge $140. Obvious case of supply and demand

The course is in terrible condition. On most of the holes the fairways have what appears to be damage from water run off going the length of the fairway. Overall maintenance of the course seems to be an after thought. The conditions are closer to a $35 round not a $100 round.
