The Golf Club at Star Fort sits near the site of a Revolutionary battle known as the Assault at Star Fort. The golf course offers a family-friendly layout surrounded by the region's rich history. The player-friendly design is gentle enough for junior players and beginners, but it's also great for more advanced players who are looking for a quick round. It will surprise you with a few challenges too. At 6,952 yards, the golf course isn't terribly long but there are still some good driving holes. There are some interesting risk-reward par 5s and some fun par 3s that will make you think. Star Fort's final hole is a par 4 that requires accuracy over distance since you'll have to weave through two ponds before facing an uphill shot to a well bunkered green.

Love the course, excellent value.
Star Fort is somewhat of an unknown treasure, I think. The course was in excellent shape and the greens were very true. It's is a longer course, with wide fairways. Took a friend, who is a lower handicap golfer, for his first time to Star Fort and he really liked it. My only critiques are the cart paths are in dire need of repair and the bunkers had too much sand, IMO. If your ball barely made it into the trap, you were still looking at a buried fried egg! All in all, though, a great course and a great value.

Great conditions fairways and greens, and some beautiful holes with sand traps and trees to avoid... the golf carts path needs to be replaced if is something to complain about.. I will play it again!
Hot Day!!
The course itself was in great shape/ everyone needs rain. The only thing is the cart paths need replaced. Lots of water provided throughout course.- 97 degrees yesterday. I’d go back.
Always a good time
Got off at first tee at 8am and finished right at noon. Great time.
Great out of the way course
We decided to try this course out and really enjoyed the layout. We were a foursome and a threesome slowed us down all day but besides that it was an enjoyable round of golf. Greens were in good shape and the course was challenging but not unfair.
Great time
Booked on golf now app for two people paid about 18.00 dollars a person. The course was in good condition, it was a little windy but we had a great time playing.

Driving through area, got out early had a nice time. Everyone was very friendly, course was fun and gettable with good decisions.
Even for the price...not very good
Traveled an hour to play the course and it wasn't even close to what I had expected with previous reviews. Fairway grass was very very short...fridge of greens were very tight also...greens were slow...bunkers had grass growing in them on a few holes....very dissapointed....won't be playing there again.

fairways grass is still dormant and quite bare making most shots difficult. Traps are in good shape, raked and good sand. Greens are extremely fast. Worth the money but expect minimal grass on the fairways.

Was a nice course but very busy for a Friday. Also they have GPS in the carts but you have to pay for it never seen that before.
Great value
I was pleasantly surprised by several things. Course was in great shape since we have had an abundance of rain here lately. They have added GPS to some of the carts which is awesome.
Greens were rolling very consistent.
