Small hard to hold greens.
Course is great for working on your short game (chipping/pitching), since the greens are small and hard to hold. Also needs more bunkers.

For a $20 round, i feel like i got my money's worth. course is a little short but they make up for it with some interesting doglegs and good overall design

Needs a complete makeover.
1. To start with there was no order or control to people starting play.
2. The fairways are pretty divoted and in serious need of patching.
3. Most of the greens were hard as concrete and covered in sandy patches.

This course is a pretty good value
Course was in decent shape, but a few greens still needed some improvement. The money value for the course was a good deal for a weekend. Also the staff was very friendly and respectful.
