I’ve never left a golf review in my life but created an account for this. Not even close to $60 worth. Greens run at a 4 on the meter, boxes with sand and overgrown grass, the cart paths are horrendous, fairways mostly ok. Extremely rough condition. I’m out here right now typing this hoping to save you the trouble.

Great layout, small, challenging greens, and plenty of length. Cart paths are atrocious. Greens are super shaggy and slow; hard to tell how true they roll. Surprised there weren’t more players on the course - practically had the place to myself. Pro shop staff was extremely kind and gracious. Overall it was fun course.

Arrive to find front 9 being areated. Was no mention on website about course maintence.

Were told we could play back nine twice. Other than greens that nine was in awful condition.

We did not play it a second time.

Wasted our money and time.

Only bright spot was staff members were friendly.

This is a great example of a once great track that has been let go. When you drive up and see the old dilapidated clubhouse and empty swimming pool, you’ll see a predictore of what to expect. There are positives that need to be stated. The layout and variety of holes are excellent. No two holes are the same, some short, some long, uphill, downhill, just a nice mix.

Tbe problem is the course has been let go. Even given grace for the recent lack of rain, the course has been let go and is in terrible shape. There were areas just off the fairways that were washed out. The greens fine, but very fuzzy. The cart paths were essentially none existent and little grass on tbe tee boxes.

If I’m guessing, this course will be a housing community within a few years. Otherwise there will need to be a very large investment to make this a course worthy of the area. I hope that happens.

Just tried out the driving range for the first time since the shade roof was built. What a great experience practicing with friends and family.

Course a little rough. Been little rainfall here for a while. Greens were good. Challenging

Terrible conditions for $80. Have to go about 2MPH on cart path so you don’t fly out or hit your head on the roof of the cart. Weedy greens and poor maintenance makes it nearly impossible to have a chance at longer putts. Overgrown weeds everywhere on bunkers, tee boxes barely any grass. Save your money or play somewhere else.

Needs a cash infusion from top to bottom. Clubhouse could be nice. Bar/restaurant wasn't open. Course could be nice but you need a 4x4 to get down the car path, the tee boxes are lousy, sand traps were bad with overgrown weeds and stones in them. Greens were the highlight but I'd only rate the condition a 7 out of 10. We only wanted to play 9 and didn't want to break the bank doing it so this sufficed but it could be way nicer.

This course was fun to play and fair. The greens were good and the fairways were spotty.

For $70 it was great value

Seems like they just stopped taking care of the course. More like a 30 dollar muni than an $80 a round course. Greens were fuzzy and weedy. Need a 4x4 vehicle to use the cart paths. Just a bad experience all around unfortunately.

This course is a great layout. However, the tees were thin on grass. But the worst part is the cart paths. Cluttered and very bumpy due to root growth from the trees. Pine straw and pine needles were an issue as well. We were driving off the paths for a smoother ride. This course needs an investor to upgrade the course conditions, parking lot, and clubhouse.

I am from Buffalo, NY and visited this golf course four times in the second week of January 2026 and was blown away by the beautiful landscape and views. The conditions were fantastic for winter play: the tee boxes were exceptionally clean, and the overall facilities were well maintained. I really appreciated having ball cleaners and towels available at least every two holes, and the conveniently located portable restrooms midway through both the front and back nines were a major plus. The pricing was a great value; I paid $49 (plus tax and booking fee), including a cart. It's worth noting you can often find even cheaper "Deals of the Day" if you're flexible with your tee time. The course wasn't busy during the winter season, which made for a relaxed, unrushed round. The course itself is quite challenging—it looks deceptively easy but plays very difficult! It’s nestled within a lovely gated community with very friendly staff and spotless golf carts. Everything about the experience was gold, except for my play! I will definitely visit here next year as long as the weather permits. Highly recommended for a premium off-season round.

The course is perfect . Bunkers all in great shape , greens were fast and pure , and fairways in immaculate condition . For the price I paid on Golfnow , I feel immensely fortunate and deeply grateful for the experience . Thank you again for having me :)

A nice piece of land and a number of holes well designed into the natural contour of the land. Unfortunately, lack of maintenance and poorly designed and often tiny greens make it a subpar golf experience. Amenities (food, beverage, bar, locker room) are virtually non existent.

Good layout good condition will play again. Staff is great

Everything about the course greens were good ,The fairways were super clean very well maintained as well as the rough just need some serious love on the tee boxes.
