Camarillo Springs Golf Course
About
Situated at the base of the Conejo Mountain, Camarillo Springs Golf Course was carefully carved from the mountain's towering rock formations but it gets its name from the scenic water features that can be found throughout. Naturally, water is the primary challenge on this course, coming into play on eleven holes. There are also long par 3s that will require a sharp iron game. The course offers a fair test of your skills but the elevation changes are modest and the player-friendly fairways are wide and forgiving, which make the course more accessible to beginners. The golf course has a memorable start with a par-4 second hole, which is a tricky dogleg left from an elevated tee that features one of the best views on the course. The consistently good course conditions and the affordable rates have garnered Camarillo Springs a strong following among local golfers.

Very good condition
I have played here many times but it seems like they are making an effort to really keep the course up. The greens were a little slow and the fairways were in very good condition.
Nice track good walk but not too difficult.
Fairways better shape than in the past. Pace was good for a Saturday.
Soaked!!!!!!
You would of thought it rained all night. Turn of the water sprinkles already !!!!!
Good course, very good condition.
I like Camarillo Springs. Course has gotten better and better over the years. Greens in really good shape with good tough breaks in them. I play boogie golf and I dying to break 80 here.
Staff is rude behind desk. Course is beautiful but tee boxes arent level and greens need some love. Still a good course though.
Staff is rude behind desk. Course is beautiful but tee boxes arent level and greens need some love for the price . Still an OK course though.
This course fan for eveybody
everthing are OK. just need little faster green .fun for everybody Hi or low Handy player. challenging par 3's.
nice course
this course is somewhat challenging depending from which color you tee off from, several water hazards, some hilly areas, overall a lovely course to play!
challenging fun course
need either gps on carts or yardage markers. only bad thing about course.
Lots of fun
The course is fun to play and challenging enough to keep you on your toes, Lots of water to test your mettle.
Great features and views
This course is a shot shapers dream, has several hole shot layouts. Water is playable on several holes, plenty of views being nestled in the foothills, a must play for anyone looking for the unusual challenge.
This course is valuable and fun.
I have weekday golf team of 4 sum.
This course is very near from my place and valuable.
So I play here very often.
There are many water hazard, up and down and enough length of course. So these make playing golf more fun.
I like this course and will recommend to my friends.
Bang for buck
Nice course, fairways were ok. Like most public courses. Great views. Would recommend for those wanting to play for relatively cheap.
Awful experience at the Starter
As soon as I gave him my last name and tee-time, he said "you played yesterday. We wrote here that you used today's tee-time and played yesterday." That was not true and I told him to check the video cause I wasn't here the day before and also told him to check the cart check out form.
After a long argument, he gave me my tee-time but it was awful experience and didn't like the way he was accusing me for what I didn't do.
He came to the first tee-box and explained that other 2-some was the one came the day before, but he didn't apologized.
Plan on returning again!
This was a nice round on a not to challenging course. Greens rolled nicely and fairways were nice and tight. Overall a nice round and I plan to go back to get even with this course.
Not too crowded for a Friday
Not too crowded for the Friday before Christmas. Fairways were in good shape, so were the greens although a little slow. There was even water in the lakes that were previously dry, and the areas that used to be quite soggy were not. Very much improved from when I played here last year.
Very private, scenic, atmosphere.
The fellas and I had a great time and our tee time worked out perfectly in completing our round before dark. This track is one of my favorite local courses and for the layout/price, you can't go wrong.
Great value for the money
I played here on a Saturday morning, booked on Friday night. Course is very good value, and greens are in great shape. Tee boxes are a mess and a few fairways need some work. But overall, for a last minute booking under $80, I loved it and will proably play there again.
The course was fun to play
The course was fun to play and had some of the most challenging par 3 holes from the blue tee's. Do not expect a pristine course as it is in need of continued re-conditioning. The price is right for the conditions.
Challenging course for any ability
Camarillo Springs is a good course that is getting better. The course right now is going through some renovations. The main problem I see is with some of the greens. The greens are rough and some areas are just scabby. I hope to see the greens renovated some day as this would be a great improvement. Overall Camarillo Springs is a nice place to play with lots of challenges.
