27 holes is a plus
Our group only plays here ocassionally due to distance ....if closer it would be one of our weekly choices.....great layout on all three 9's...just challenging enough..
Fun
Forgiving course but lots of hills to make it interesting. I’m guessing it was because of th time of year but the ball had very little roll.
I played the red and orange courses
The temperature was in the low 60s and there was a light rain when I started on the 1st hole but the rain stopped by the time we got to the 3rd hole. The greens were in pretty good shape for January and they weren't too fast or too slow. I like playing this golf course and look forward to playing it again.
The weather was great and the greens were not too wet or too dry.
I enjoy golfing here. My favorite holes are hole 6 on the orange course because of water hazard and the slope of the green and hole number 8 on the white course because of the two sand traps on the front of the green.
I played the orange and the white.
I played the orange course and the white course. The temperature was in the 40s so I could play 18 holes in three hours.
The green at the 5th hole on the orange course is my favorite.
Fall Fantastic
The course was in great shape despite some recent rainfall a few days before play. Greens, fairways and tee boxes seemed to be over seeded with rye grass. Pace of play was really quick despite several groups playing. A little over 3 and 1/2 hours was nice.
Great Value
The young lady that checked our group in was not very friendly.....seemed to have a problem with the fact that we had booked on line....
The starter was excellent.....
Fantastic place
Great time on course. Staff very friendly and pro shop clean. Course in great shape for not getting alot of rain this season. Going again soon.
Scenic course
Very scenic course, the nearby mountains provide great background for many tee shots. Greens were slow. Most were small and elevated. Even short pitch shots created pitch marks. Loft a wedge into the green and you create a hefty ball mark. There are three nines. The Red course was clearly marked because it was directly outside the pro shop door. The other two courses were not clearly marked. We started on the Orange course which was about a hundred yards from the pro shop and on the far side of the maintenance building , had to ask for directions. Overall it was okay. Not in a hurry to go back.
I played the red and orange courses. The orange is my favorite
The staff do a great at taking care of the greens.
I like the water hole on the orange course, on Saturday the pin was on the left of the green which is challenging because I had to hit the middle of the green and still had a 10 foot putt, 5 feet was uphill then down which broke to the left.
Great golf, great staff and great view
This was my first time at this course. It was recommended by a friend as a 'must play golf course '. They were right! Can't wait to play at Lamberts Acres again
Enjoyable course
I really enjoy this course....red and white are old school without a lot of hazards, relatively easy to score if you drive the ball well....the orange course is more challenging and my favorite....suggest that you request to play the orange ..
Starter was terrific ,very friendly ....food staff excelkent....
Will definitely will return.....
Liked Orange best
My brother-in-law and I played the red then the orange courses 5-18-17. We have played a number of courses in TN and FL, This was our first trip to Lambert Acres. We really enjoyed the orange 9 with its abundance of sand and water and found it much more challenging that the Red, We;ll be back
