Sleepy Hollow Golf Course is the top municipal course in the state and it is also ranked as one of the top 20 in the nation. Overlooking the Cuyahoga River Valley, the course is known for its scenery almost as much as its challenging layout. It has a traditional design with a classic "out-and-in" routing, with the incoming holes playing uphill into the wind, making them seem much longer than the indicated yardage. Golfers might be taken aback by the punishing nature of the golf course. There are 58 bunkers strategically placed around the tough greens, which comprise the main challenges of the course. Get ready to be quickly introduced to the Sleepy Hollow Golf Course's formidability with the lengthy second hole, a par 3 that will test even the longest hitters.

Sleepy Hollow
This was my first time staying in my wife's hometown area around Cuyahoga Falls,spent a couple days hiking and wanted a round of golf before heading home to Mich.I got a good deal on an early tee time,and was very impressed by sleepy hollow.The starter was a genuinely nice fellow,very welcoming and took the time to fill us in on the nuances of the course.The course itself was immaculate,having just hosted the greater Cleveland amateur the prior 2 days.The setting at the top of the valley was gorgeous,rivaling many northern Michigan courses,and it was pretty tough too.Much fun was had,played with a couple of nice guys from the area.
Tournament conditions
I played with my wife just three groups after the Ohio Amateur tournament finished teeing off. The course was beautiful, staff was incredibly welcoming and charmingly proud of the condition of the course. Rightfully so I must say. It was a thrill to play the course with thick rough, lush fairways, and perfectly prepped 3X rolled greens. This was our first time experiencing the diverse layout, without a flat surface anyways to be seen. It was a great day on a terrific Metroparks course.

Nice course
Great hot deal, $20. Played here many times. Greens were not cut or rolled today. Full swing putts were falling short. No ranger which is unfortunate when you have people in front of you the whole round putting down the fairway and taking 30 practice swings and no one in front of them. Out of my control but always a nice track.
Challenging
Sleepy Hollow along with Manakiki are the gems of the Metropark system. It is extremely challenging for any caliber of golfer and a joy to play!
Great course, great conditions!
Past 2 weeks with humid/high temps and very little rain, played Sleepy Hollow today and kudos to the individuals who maintain the course on a daily basis. Receptive greens that really challenge your speed control with plenty of break on many putts. Fairways looked & felt great all throughout.
Aside from the course which I’d recommend to any golfer, also enjoyed the driving range with 2 practice putting surfaces just next to the clubhouse.
Look forward to playing here again!
Good place to golf, slow pace for weekend golf. But 15$ per rider who doesn't play?
Good place good price, but 15$ riders fee? I spent 100$ to go for myself and my girlfriend just wanted to ride along not sure why i need to pay 15$ more? 100$ for one golfer w a cart should cover it.
Great course with amazing scenery
Everything about the course is above average. The course is in great shape and very challenging. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend it.
