Slow pace of play
Absolutely slowest pace I’ve every seen. At hole 15 was almost 5 hours. Had to leave the course. Absolutely beautiful and one of the best courses in Knoxville just pace is so slow.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Enjoyable Friday morning golf
We started early and had a foursome that usually plays in 4 hours or less. We played in right at four hours and the course was is great shape. The greens are fast and true and the fairways in good shape even though we haven’t had much rain in the last couple of weeks.

Great condition..fast smooth greens!
Course over all in great shape. Good fairway length..Greens were one of the best I have played on this year.Actually very difficult and very close to TV pga level courses.my only knock on the course is hole # 11. Has always been a non-golf golf hole. A simple fix would be to cut down about 30ards of the end of the trees on the right to allow for a more reasonable par 5 2nd shot. Would also be safer as the tree line blocks your view if you lose a shot right and could hit players crossing the bridge below. Or make it a par 4 moving tees to top of hill and lengthen hole 10. Not a player I know likes hole 11.

Very nice golf course.
Fun layout, and very good course conditions. Carts have gps and in great shape. Excellent staff! Very friendly and helpful.

Great Course
Course is in great shape. Fairways and greens very nice. Hole number 11 requires several precision shots. Will be playing course often.
Fantastic course
We absolutely loved this course. It was in fantastic shape and provided a challenge to all the golfers in the group (our group played from three different tee boxes). The greens were hard and fast; it was like putting on glass. The openness of the course is very appealing to beginners and provides a sense of "safety", but Egwani has a way of humbling even the most seasoned of golfers. Proper placement of tee shots and approaches are a must if you are trying to post a good score. And don't even think about speeding your putts passed the hole - you may find yourself hitting your comeback from the beyond the fringe. We Will certainly be back whenever we are in Tennessee. Our group ended up playing the next day at another course in the area that was almost double the price, but we won't be making that mistake again. We will just book another round at Egwani Farms.

Slow Play Inexcusable
Course is in really good shape. However, a 3-some had the entire course open in front of them. They played in 5 hours. FIVE!!! Everybody was behind them waiting on every shot. At one point, we had 4 groups on one hole because of these morons. I called the pro shop on the 8th tee. Pace did NOT pick up at all. Not good.

GOOD COURSE SLOW PLAY
I like the course. Good challenge but very slow play from the first hole. Marshall's never went out to speed up the slower players.

Quick 9?
I went to play a round and it took about 3 hours. I paid for 18 but only played 9. I was a single. There were 2 singles infront of me but werent willing to join up. I waited on every shot. If you had singles going out why wouldn't the course pair them up. I had a 4some on my heels the whole round and were frustrated as well. The course os nice but just 18 holes on old farmland. There isn't much to look at. Its a good course but for the money there are some cheaper courses in the area that are more appealing. I would recommend but this isn't going to be one of my "go to" courses.
