Great shape
The course is in great shape! Greens are quick and well groomed, fairways and rough are well mowed without bare spots.
Great Track Near Knoxville
What a delight! Played the blues (70.0/126) in right around 4 hours even though the course was packed on a Friday morning, and we couldn't say enough good things. It doesn't play long but nearly every hole requires a decision off the tee with basically forced layups on 3 of the 4 par 5s and water hazards lurking everywhere. Using a GPS map on the cart or your phone is essential.
The hazards were penal but fairly placed, the course was in great condition, and the clubhouse is small but charming and well equipped with everything one might need. The staff were great and we would definitely return next time we're in Knoxville!

Best course in Knoxville
Best course in Knoxville. Very well manicured and maintained. Greens are great. Fairways are great. Tee to green distances are great. Can’t beat the price either. Hotdog was stellar

Better pace of play than last time
Great course. Last time I played it took nearly 4 hours to play 9 holes. Today was much better. Got all 18 played in about 4 hours. The course is in great shape. The greens were good too. Glad I gave it another chance.

I can't complain about any part of this course, pin locations were probably at their most difficult points today but that's just part of the game.

Nice course well cared for
There are a few holes that are rather unusual. Greens can be difficult to putt. Overall condition is good. Pace of play is typical for public courses.

Packed, but moved through the holes
Very crowded for Monday, found out they had special with free hotdog. No hotdog for online players, so I will be mindful of this next time.
