Pin placements
Several holes had extremely difficult pin placements for a public course type of play. Holes were placed on slops where any downhill putts could not stop if more than 3-4 ft. This is not a fair challenge and it lessons the experience for public course players. It doesn't have to be easy, just fair for the type of players which frequent this course. It also helps with pace of play. One extra putt per foursome adds up.
Great grandpa/grandson outing
This the first time my 10-year old grandson has played at Egwani. He had a great time. I promised him I would take him to play Egwani again. I play Egwani on a regular basis with my golf group (22 members). We really like Egwani.
Great Public Track
First time playing here but won’t be the last! The course was in great condition, the layout was fun, and the greens rolled very well. By far the best value in the area.
Love it
I love playing the Egwani Farms Golf Course. It is my favorite course in the Knoxville area.
Close to the Airport
This course was in great shape. Forgiving fairways. The rough are a bit thick. Great value for the type of course. Super friendly staff.
Egwani front 9
Had a great time got paired with a really friendly single. Great course fast greens for a nice challenge
Beautiful Course, but those pin positions?!
The course was in great shape, course maintenance is on point however, I’m not sure what they’re trying to prove with these pin positions. They’re tracking we’re all amateurs right? It was disheartening to play a great GIR game, only to struggle for our lives on the dance floor. The pace of play was slow, but it was a Saturday in August- so we expected that ahead of time- and didn’t hear much from the marshal on it. Had a twosome that wanted to play through our group, but there really was nowhere for them to go.
Slow day, but gorgeous day! Don’t let the greens get you down, just know it’s not you!
Nicest public I’ve ever seen
Absolutely pure conditions.. nice staff. A few beers on tap.. solid place. Interesting layout with plenty of water features.. greens and fairways are pure.
Public Course Bliss
Egwani Farms Golf Course should be the standard for all public courses in the area. Conditions were immaculate, friendly staff, nice pro shop, free range balls with round, carts with GPS, pure greens, beautiful scenery with wildlife, fun course layout with very fun holes. The only downside from my round was the pace was a bit slow with the groups in front of us, it didn’t bother us too much since there were a lot of people playing. My wife and I had an amazing round and I managed to shoot my lowest score ever my first time there! Go play it!
