About
Grand Oaks Golf Club enjoys a peaceful, tranquil setting among century-old oak trees and an abundance of wildlife. The course is as challenging as it is scenic with tree-lined fairways and small greens that will test your accuracy. It may have a traditional design but there is still some bite to this round. There are several strategically placed bunkers that lurk greenside to challenge you even further. Two meandering creeks weave along the golf course as well, coming into play on a few holes. The layout has a nice mix of holes from reachable par 5s to tough par 3s. Grand Oaks Golf Club is a fair test that is player friendly enough to appeal to players of all skill levels. There are some birdie opportunities available if you play it smart and it's forgiving enough for high handicappers to approach with confidence.

Looking Good
Haven't played here in a while but the course is in great shape and playing very nice. Can't wait to make it out again!
Good course
Good course, Good staff, fairways in great condition along with the greens.
Great day for Golf
Had a great time only taking 3.5 hrs to play 18. Glad I went yesterday raining all day today. Staff is great and very helpful greens were a little rough but this rain will help that.
Relaxing 18
Beautiful tall trees, coyotes, and hawks. The most fun relaxing round of golf in a while. No waiting, no pushing. Greens a little bit turtle back, but I've seen worse. Forgivable fairways , only few traps, but watch out for that creek winding through the course. Good round
Fun course
Not worth the $45 bucks they charged us. Greens are small and slow. Had a great time!
Grand Oaks
Course was a little muddy due to rain the day before. Staff was fantastic. Had so much fun decided to play nine more. First cart ran out of juice and second cart got a flat tire. THAT'S when we quit. Course has some sneaky hidden water but overall not hard. Just fun....
Nice course
The course was in good condition. The greens are almost back to good condition. There was a few greens that had patches. First time playing the course and I was impressed and it was worth the money.
Nice staff, challenging course, greens are in bad shape
I always enjoy playing here. Challenging layout. The greens were in bad shape which made putting unpredictable . I think I'll wait before I go out there again.
Greens Not In Good Shape
The fairways are in good shape but almost all the greens are rough with a lot of sand. Unless you are playing during a prime tee time I wouldn't pay more than $25 to play this course.

The greens on the back 9 cloud use some help or place the in a better spot, dirt put are no fun.
Greens were bad but overall a decent experience
I would give this at least 4 stars if the greens were in better condition. There were many bumps and bounces in putts. Course isn't too difficult but it does present many challenges with several fairway creeks and ponds.
Looking good
Been awhile since I played here, but it looked good. Greens were in decent shape compared to the placed I've been playing. It felt slow, but I had a great time!
Course is looking better everytime I do
This is a challenging course for me when it is windy. There is not much protection from the wind and I lost quite a few balls this time out. Fun course to play. I would recommend it!!
I would play again
Fairways look good. Lots of trees. Greens are so so. Overall I enjoyed my visit. It is a bit challenging course even for a low handicap.

conditions are ok...greens are poor. fun layout but do not pay full price (my two cents).

Fairways were in good shape. Not a lot of hazards. Greens were ROUGH.. Not sure I will play here again... a bit pricey for the round.
A lot of fun
I really enjoy the course. Challenging yet not overly difficult. There is a lot of water that is reachable on about every hole it seems like. This makes you careful with club choice.
Good Course
Old Woodcrest country club. Club house and parking area are tired. Golf carts are aging as well as the balls on the practice range. The golf course is good. Don January design golf course has plenty to offer and off sets the tired facility.
Good price for a good course
Very windy the day we played but over all the course was in decent shape ( the fairways were good and the greens were fair) given the chance I would play here again.
Not what it seems
Well, this is the fourth time to play this course. You're suppose to get range balls to warm up. Out of the four times, I've gotten them once with the restriction of only being able to hit short irons due to the range being flooded. Yesterday it was dry as a desert, but they claimed rain had closed the range? What rain? Course was dry and hard as a rock. Won't be going back, to many other, better courses, in the area, with better facilities.
