Majestic Views
This is an awesome municipal course. The course is in great condition. Pace of play was great. The views are unbelievable. Anyone with the chance to play this course should not pass it up!!!
Sky Mountain experience
Great views all around. Friendly pro shop staff. Greens are fast - but some of the greens are silly in the slope. ( no chance of two-putting)
Been there, will do it again
If you can get off #1 in good shape, you have it made.
Very Nice Course
I enjoyed my round. It is a very nice course. I look forward to the opportunity to play it again.
The views are great
usually windy but this day calm. Very nice for this time of year. All greens great and equal in condition. Very consistent.
One of a kind scenic experience.
In spite of recent over-seeding, the course was in great condition. The greens were a 9/10 and the fairways were very well maintained. Club House staff were very helpful.
Awesome views
This was the best coarse that I have ever played. It is not long or difficult. The scenery is amazing. The coarse is well kept. I can't say enough good things about Sky Mountain. I recommend it to anyone.
Great views!!!!!!
Arrived 1 hour late for tee time not realizing a 1 hour time change from las Vegas . Staff were able to accommodate!!!
The course is in great shape. There are spetacular vistas of surrounding mountains.
Very enjoyable course to play. Good course design and challenging fairways. Spectacular red rock country and mountain vistas.
THIS COURSE IS BEAUTIFUL!!!
First time there and this course was beautiful!!!
The views were to die for, the setting was great and the golf was good!
This course is set up beautifully
Great course, need to be on fairways, unforgiving desert. Most greens in great shape, over-watering this time of year. Have played several times and will go back several more times!
Photo opportunities glore
Course in good condition. Greens were rough. Pro shop should have warned each golfer that greens were punched and were in recovery stage.
Fun and Senic
Sky Mountain is a very 3D course, looking at the mountain are beautiful. The course takes your attention to detailed hitting. One does not just get the drive and hit the ball. Ya have to manage your play, or the course plays you! And wins, I've been on both sides. Form 82 to 100, depending how the course takes my mind off what I'm suppose to do. It is a great course...GO PLAY!
Wow!!!
I've been playing golf since 1958. This is the best Muni I've ever had the pleasure to play. Add in the Rock Ridges, outcroppings and Virgin River, and you have a wonderful photo op. But the Golf Course was maintained wonderfully. The staff indoors and out were very hospitable and very nice while doing it.
very enjoyable
My wife and I enjoyed the course a great deal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will recommend this course to other friends.
Out of the way, but a must play.
This course is a gem tucked out of the way in Hurricane, UT. We played it on our way back from SLC, and are very happy that we did. The course is challenging, long, well maintained, and a complete bargain in the summer. However, none of these reasons are why you should play it. The vast views of the red rock painted desert and the vertigo-inspiring placement of the 17th and 18th holes precariously adjacent to a vast black canyon make the course the most beautiful that I have ever played by far. The head-turning 360 degree views make it hard to keep pace, let alone play a good shot.
Right now I am working out how to get up in the St. George area just to play this course again. Marvelous!
Pretty and fun but moved slow
Admittedly we went on a Saturday so we spent a lot of time waiting for the players to move through the course. We would go back for sure, as the course is nice and fun, and its hard to beat a great day in the sunshine, but we probably wouldn't go on a Saturday. The course is clean, nicely maintained and not too difficult.
Good course, great value
Good course, great value. Course had a lot of diverse and unique holes without being "quirky".
Very fun course, extremely beautiful. Especially 16-18
Overall a very positive experience. Front 9 is substantially more difficult than back 9. But really enjoyed both. The only complaint I could think of was it was maybe a little over booked although I was playing on a holiday so maybe that had something to do with it. 9/10 in my book!!
