Good course but long
Good layout, nice staff, some very scenic holes on the Peak course. Challenging for me as the ladies tees were often on the same tee box as the whites and some holes are long. Pace of play was great especially for a Sunday morning.

Nice course facilities outdated
The course is nice and the layout great. There is one bathroom for both men and women. The main complaint is for 4 holes a lawnmower was in the fairway. We would wait for him to move he would stop and wait. Not only do you get an audience but you risk losing your ball to the mower. For four holes. Not to mention we rolled up to our tee box 5 minutes early instantly had someone behind use. We let them play through and had 6 more carts behind us so the scheduling is horrendous.

WOW! This course is in beautiful shape with some gorgeous views. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had a large tournament going on when I played, but were extremely accommodating, friendly, and communicative. What blew me away more than anything was their Legends Bar and Grill. Fresh meat for their burgers and CHEAP GOOD beer! My wife had the BBQ sandwich which they make in house and it was phenomenal!

This course is great.
This course suits my game very well. It is long enough to be challenging but not so long to be too difficult. The views are beautiful. The greens are in great shape and are some of the fastest I have ever experienced. The pro shop staff was super friendly and helpful. I look forward to more rounds at this nice setting.

Mountain nine is my favourite. We stay at the Massanutten resort same time every year. A nicer course for half the cost of the resort courses. Greens were good, sand traps not so much but understandable for early November weather.

Always a fun round!
Lakeview is close to home and always a good place to go. With all the rain we’ve had this year, the course has had difficulty keeping the bunkers in good shape. The greens and fairways are in good shape.

Lakeview Golf Course Review
This was our first time at this course and we really liked it. We stayed a 5 minute drive a way and were not thrilled with our hotel but would definitely come back and play there again and stay at a different hotel. Large greens and good fairways.
Wet and wild
Area was inundated with rain the last 2 weeks. The fairways were shaggy, rough and gone in spots. Green speeds were inconsistent. Lack of proper maintenance was evident. Don’t pay more than $30.
